The Sraff are very friendly. The area is convenient for food and transportation. I would like to stay there again in the nearest future. Thank you to all the Staff especially to Miss Victoria who helped me during check-in process, etc. Also, thank you to the housekeeper Staff for making my bed every day.

Good location if you need to be near Wien Hbf. But otherwise, it is slightly outside the main city area and lacks a bit of life. The hotel however was spectacular and room was very comfortable. Special shoutout to the front desk staff, Sam, for being easygoing, helpful and friendly.

Gute Lage Dank Öfentliche Verkehrsmittel alles schnell zu erreichen. Zimmer topp sauber,Einrichtung schon was älter aber noch okay. Matratze war richtige Klasse für einen kaputten Rücken. Personal war zuvorkommend und nett. Dies ist eine perfekte Unterkunft für ein Städtetrip.

Friendly and welcoming service from the receptionists and housekeeping staff. Roomcondition was not the best and needs an upgrade. Bed was very comfertable with crisp clean sheets and four pillows. Good breakfast. This is a standard hotel with no extravagant feeling or experience, but it is great value for money and very close to the Wien central station. If you expect bathrobes, minibar and roomservice this is not the place for you, but for a quick stay in a comfy bed and with a tasty breakfast it is absolutely ok.

Cuando reservé vi que era estilo colonial pero era un hotel 4 estrellas donde imaginé que la experiencia sería increíble y todo lo contrario. Lavamanos que perdían agua, calefacción que no podías controlar. Frío por los burletes de las antiguas ventanas, nevera que no funcionaba y toallero de agua caliente que tampoco funcionaba. Los muebles están con falta de cuidado y muy deteriorado. Avisamos en recepción sobre la nevera porque viajaba con mi hija para poder conservar su comida y la recomendación fue que la dejé del lado de afuera de la ventana porque estaba frío. Cuando abrí la ventana se cayó encima porque la bisagra estaba rota. Está muy lejos de ser un hotel 4 estrellas. Cuando nos fuimos avisamos de esto y no les importó. Solo agradecieron que se lo digamos. Como cliente nunca me sentí acompañado o que ellos se preocuparan por mejorar la calidad de su servicio lo cual una mala experiencia y sin duda no iría ni recomendaría ese lugar.
