The room was extremely cold and the building was dirty. I had paid one week in advance. After entering the room, we realised that the integrated cable heating system was not working properly and could not heat the room at all.
We waited for more than one hour, but there was no improvement in the temperature. Because of the cold, staying there would have put our health at risk, so we had no choice but to leave the room immediately.
Despite explaining the situation several times, no refund was provided. This is unacceptable. No guest should be forced to experience such conditions. Paying more does not justify basic living standards being ignored.
