No shampoo or conditioner. When asked at the reception they told me they will send someone, only for the person to bring body cream and to tell me there is no shampoo or conditioner. The following day I put the card for the room to be cleaned up and even at that point the soap was not refilled and still no hair products and only the beds were made. Access cards stopped working and we had to wait for the engineer to fix it. The hotel needs a lot of tlc. The reality is that I would not stay here again. Breakfast was good-however you do have to pay for it.

My stay at the Austria Trend Hotel Schönbrunn was excellent from start to finish. The hotel offered a perfect balance of comfort and convenience. The location is ideal—just steps from Schönbrunn Palace and gardens, with easy access to public transportation that makes exploring Vienna simple and stress-free. My room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, providing a quiet retreat after full days of sightseeing. The bed was excellent, as was the shower!

Did not have breakfast in the hotel! I had a classic room which was quite basic! Wall paintwork was dirty, pillows were the cheapest of the cheap, leaving me have poor quality of sleep during my stay. Lastly and more importantly I had plumbing issues where the sink basin was blocked! Twice I had to alert reception about the issue before it was resolved! Tea/ coffee were never replaced in the room! I had to go to reception to ask for these.

The room was spacious and comfortable, containing all the amenities we needed. The hotel itself is clean, located in a great area, and the staff were terrific. Staying here helped us to enjoy our long weekend in Vienna visiting this beautiful city.

Great location. Fabulous room. Beautiful bathroom. Very clean. Nice staff. Easy to get to from airport. 2 minute walk to Heitzing UBahn with quick access all over Vienna. Only 45Minutes to the airport. Highly recommend
