We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment had all of the items we needed (drying racks for clothes, washer, ac, kitchen space with oil, salt, & pepper, in addition to cooking utensils). We appreciated the shampoo, body wash, dish soap, laundry detergent (1 load), etc. The apartment was comfortable, the beds slept well, the shower was good (temperature & pressure). The location is excellent. The U is half a block away, two Billas are nearby, and we enjoyed the nearby market, too. Communications with the owners were prompt and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Excellent location! So close to the metro for easy access to tourist destinations a little further from the historic centre but closest enough to walk to several highlights. The apartment is clean, quiet and very spacious for a family stay. Check in was smooth and the host is responsive. Would highly recommend a stay here!

Convenient location, near transportation and center. Though generally we liked the place, I want to mention that building itself is moldy (could smell all the way to the 3rd floor where we stayed) and kitchen is so small that it was no use for cooking.

Very nice and neat rooms. The balcony is definitely a plus. The decorations are modern and beautiful. We do not have time to see the original painting of Kiss, but no need at all. The apartment has a collection of Gustov’s work. Close to the canal and inner city. Will definitely book again for next visit.

The flat was absolutely perfect for our stay (4 nights) in a lovely quiet area full of shops, cafes and bars. 1min walk to thenearest tube station, about 15-20min walk tiSt. Stephen's Cathedrale. The flat was very clean with very good bathroom/tojlet. The kitchen was a bit dated, but fully equipped: cofee making machines, toaster, dishwasher, hob, oven, fridge. There was a washing mashin as well. Tablets for dishwasher and coffee machine provided. There were also the following in the flat: a hairdrier, shampoos/ shower gells, an iron, even an umbrella. The appartment we stayed in was spacious, warm and quiet. There was a balcony anf a lift. Check-in was very easy. Sonja sent us the instruction on how to get there from the airport, gave us a code and with the code we obtained a key frome a secure box by the entrance to the building. We really enjoyed our stay in Viena and the flat made it really special, we felt like at home. Thanks a lot.

Location was great , just 10 minutes walk to the coty centre. Also if you don’t wanna walk the subway is in front of the building. Very clean apartment, we were with child of 2 years old. The apartment was very well equiped , also its better than the photos.

Lovely and comfortable

This was not my first time at the property. I’ve stay here on family and business trips. For both, the location near the U-Bahn, is ideal and the apartment space provides options that a small hotel room just doesn’t. The operators are responsive and accommodating. I’m already planning my next trip to Vienna and will look here first.

Had a 3 day break in vienna, sonja gave very clear instructions how to get the keys and even how to get from the airport which was a nice touch. The apartment has everything you need and close to the underground. Would recommended and definitely would stay again next time in vienna.

The underground is near Appartements Hermine. The apartment is a bit of a distance from the tourist sites so the underground is a necessity. There is an elevator but you do still have to walk up about 5-6 steps to the apartment. The apartment is very nice.
