The quiet location on the edge of the dunes is just 300 m from key amenities: bakery, pizzeria, pharmacy, and doctor. Modern features include a heat pump for heating, air conditioning, and hot water, a modern kitchen, and a bright shower room. An open east-facing terrace of 12 m² is directly accessible from the kitchen.
The living room has a cozy seating area with a desk and mainly German TV channels. Solid wood furniture from the Philippines and Vietnam creates an elegant atmosphere.
