Eth Gauéc, is a beautiful and cosy semi-detached house located in the town of Betren. It is located just 14 km from the Baqueira Beret ski resort and just 50 m from Vielha, where you can enjoy the best leisure and services in the entire Aran Valley.We will access the house from the first floor finding a large hall that communicates with the living room, equipped with a fireplace and direct access to a terrace of 45 m2. Terrace with wonderful views of La Tuca. Coming from the entrance, on your right, a large independent kitchen, fully equipped with high quality kitchenware and appliances, direct access to the garage and, finally, a courtesy toilet for this floor.Going up the stairs to the second floor, we find the following distribution; Starting from the left we find a bedroom with a trundle bed, with capacity for 2 people, a bathroom with a shower, a second bedroom with a double bed, then the third with a double bed with full bathroom and access to a large balcony and finally, and  the last fourth bedroom with two twin beds.On the third floor, we find an open-plan room converted into a second living room with three sofas and a central table where we can rest, read, watch television or have a good time with friends or family, it also has a table to work or study.The house has a private garage with capacity for two cars, and storage space for all the sports equipment such as skis, bicycles. The garage is accessed from the ground floor of the house. La casa és perfecta, la situación inmejorable cerca de vielha donde íbamos andando pero fuera del bullício. La casa és grande y cómoda con una sala enorme en la 2da planta donde podíamos ver la tv todos juntos o jugar a cartas. Íbamos dos parejas y 4 niños y hemos estado genial. Comíamos en la terraza porque ha hecho muy buen tiempo. Y de agradecer que tuviera la calefacción puesta al llegar. Han sido unas vacaciones perfectas. Muchas grácias!
