The room was clean and inviting. It was smaller than I expected but that kind of goes with such a cute mountain community. My wife had the problem with the small size.

Nice place but doesn’t offer what it promises

This is a lovely lodge and a great place to stay however, sadly, none of the amenities that were promised upon booking were delivered. This is the second time this has happened. In the future please do not offer your guests things that you cannot and do not deliver.

My family wanted to come to Wrightwood and stay at Grand Pine for a snowy weekend of winter fun. A few days before we were to arrive it rained and all the snow was ruined. Grand Pine would not help us get a refund or offer us any credit towards our stay. Their customer service was not helpful at all. We lost almost $500 and in the end they refused to even answer my calls.

Grand Pines Cabins were just as cute as the pictures showed. The room wasn’t the biggest, but enough room to relax in the king bed and watch a show with the complimentary Disney/Hulu. We had some leftovers from the Mexican place next door and were able to enjoy them the next day thanks to the mini fridge and microwave. There’s also lots of options for food/drinks and places to play for kids walking distance from the cabins. Check in and checkout went smooth. And overall we enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

Uncomfortable trip

This was our third time staing here...The bed was so uncomfortable like the other time...They should be a regular mattress and not that foam kind of bed..U lie in it n roll into the middle.No support....Not a comfortable sleep..The Keurig machine were dirty..And not filled with water to use..

It was cute, kids loved the arcade game. It was close to all the shops. Only problem is the water didnt really get hot in the shower and the room smelled really strong like smoke, we had to open the windows to air it out.

Cozy cabin stay.

So easy to check in and out virtually. Bed was so comfortable. Beautiful mountain garden area of view. Shops were very close by walking distance. The room was cute and cozy.

No just know I paid over $300 a night and I just had to not think about it this is some sort of weird thing where the staff just is there to assist you with one or two things you are high maintenance as they called us for asking for Kleenex explaining it wasn't a hotel??!!

No one at front desk til "check in" at 4pm. Door was looked and unwelcoming. No bathroom available in lobby. No early check-in or late checkout possible. We came early (about 2hrs) and needed the restroom. No one at front desk until 4pm. Had to ask the housekeeper for help. And found a "portapotty" to use. Our room was very clean though thanks to the Housekeeper.
