Budget stay in service more than price

Did not service the room or provide new towels or coffee supplies. Part of staying in a hotel in my opinion is not having to make your own bed and have a toilet that flushes.

Our room was really very nice, spacious a clean. Loved the staff they were so helpful and discount offered at the Whitespot Restaurant next door was also very much appreciated. There too, we found the staff and the food excellent.

We had an early flight and the location to Victoria airport was why we chose the hotel. The room was very basic but clean. The only real concern was how noisy the room was for street noise. Our room was on the 2nd floor on the end above the office so close to the road. The windows are not very soundproof. I’m the than that it was a good stay and would likely go again for the same reason.

Very helpful staff. Checked in to see that our state was going well. Only real issue was Wi-Fi, which really limited some of our online time. Updated room. In spite of its proximity to highway/freeway, it was relatively quiet inside.
