Nice place to stay

The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. There was ample parking in the parking lot. No complimentary breakfast buffet, and no room service, but there was an on-site restaurant. I have only one complaint about the place--and this is relatively minor, but I was on vacation and wanted to be lazy. The room advertises the convenience of calling in a food order to the restaurant to pick up later. The problem is, the restaurant is not staffed enough that anyone ever answers the phone (went to voice mail every time I tried calling). So I had to physically go down to the restaurant to place an order, and wait there until it was ready, to take back to my room. Other than that, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there and would recommend this hotel.

The hotel was very nice and clean. It is located in Langford not in Victoria. I was misled by the hotel being in Victoria. The food in restaurant is very expensive. The serving staff was very limited. Slow service in restaurant.

First and last breakfast.

Checked in at approx 10.00 pm, very quick and easy. Beds very, very comfortable. Breakfast was a let down , wife sent hers back, overcooked chicken, toast with no butter or Jam, potatoes deep fried and after a few minutes were very dry, bacon deep fried and more fat than meat. would never eat breakfast again at this Hotel. 1 tea bag in pot for 2 cups of tea.

Just average hotel stay. Way too many spring break kids making such messes everywhere ie pool, buffet. So loud and obnoxious. Loved our room although it was not advertised as it should be and we were supposed to have one bedroom, but it was not. The restaurant was not good at all. Definitely wouldn’t stay here again.

Great property with a very friendly staff. I would highly recommend asking for a room away from both COSTCO and the elevators as the sound proofing in this hotel is non existent. Otherwise not too bad.
