As this suite is upstairs in our home, there are stairs to climb. If you are unable to climb stairs, this would be unsuitable.

We have a 6 night minimum when booking.

We are NOT equipped for children under 3 years of age. We do not supply any baby/toddler equipment in this vacation rental.

You have your own entrance and doorbell.
There is a gas fireplace in the great room and lots of comfortable seating. There is a 70" Smart TV in the great room with NETFLIX and SURROUND SOUND.
If you rent a movie on SHAW ON DEMAND please pay us. Thanks.
Dining room has room for 6 persons at the table and a bar with 2 bar stools.
The kitchen is fully equipped.
Washer and dryer and your own hot water tank.

Perfect Victoria Accommodation

From the moment we chose this property to the moment we left, this was a perfect experience for us. Pam and John were very hospitable. The accommodations were spacious, very well equipped, clean and comfortable. Felt like home immediately. We had our 2 granddaughters staying with us, and there was a park and hiking trails a stone’s throw away. It was central but tucked away on a quiet street. Everything we had hoped for. Amazing place to stay in Victoria

This was an amazing rental to stay in! The hosts were kind, generous, and very informative about the apartment and surrounding area amenities. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, with multiple recliners and couches. The kitchen was stocked with every appliance you could need. Walking distance from a shopping centre and beautiful walking areas, and steps away from local bus routes, it was an extremely convenient home base for visiting Victoria.

An incredible experience

I think that I found the best possible place for my family. The location is really good, it is a quiet neighborhood, the suit is perfect, you have everything you need, and above all, Pam and John really made us feel like home! Pleasant stay

The four of us (parents and two young adult daughters) had a wonderful time in the apartment integrated in the owners' home: it is a bright spacious place on the second floor, with a living room and two bedrooms with nice views, equipped with all the amenities we needed; very clean and organized. The neighborhood is also beautiful (one can walk along the Tillicum Gorge) and not far from downtown Victoria (if one has a car). We also enjoyed very much the nice conversations with and hospitality of our hosts Pam and John. It would be great if we could come back in the future!

It was absolutely Pleasant, Comfortable and Enjoyable place to stay. Very specious, well equipped, very clean.. I wish my house is like this. Walking distance to two shopping malls for anything you need for your stay. Cooked more than a few things during my stay (did not want to eat-out every time). Quiet and beautiful area with a park nearby (which I went for jogging almost every day). Pam and John are very friendly and fun to talk to. I will not look for any other places to stay when go back to Victoria. Thank you, Pam and John.

A Home away From Home

This VRBO was the perfect place for us to spend a week as we were transitioning from one home to another. It was spacious clean and in a quiet neighbourhood. The kitchen had all quality appliances and the beds were excellent. We also appreciated the lovely outdoor area in the backyard where we could relax on these warm days. Highly recommend.

Great location, lovely hosts

Pam and John are charming hosts, and their VRBO apartment is spotlessly clean and very quiet. If you like soft beds and furniture you will be comfortable here. The location is very good, a block from lovely walking trails in Cuthbert Holmes Park, and the Gorge walking paths in the other direction.

Extremely clean well appointed apartment with terrific hosts!

We rented this property for the month of February in Victoria! The property has everything you might need for your stay!! Pam & John were available for anything we needed! The property is close to the bus stop to take you to downtown Victoria several times a day! Grocery store and theatre is within walking distance! Our stay was amazing

Everything was as described even more and better. Everything works perfectly. Every room and amenities were clean. The beds are very comfortable, rooms are light and warm. Hosts organized everything to make our stay wonderful. The location is very nice, with forest, river, lake, trails, shopping mall and coffee shops. Beside that, hosts arranged coffee pods, snacks and beverages. Pam made sure that we have everything we need. Thank you for our wonderful stay!

Exceeded expectations!

Very friendly hosts. Amenities were excellent. Bright , roomy and cheerful accommodations. Ideal location. Walking distance to Gorge waterfront park. Easy access to downtown. Even easier access to up Island highway and Saanich peninsula attractions. Quiet area , but within easy reach of the busy areas. We would certainly try to stay here again on a future trip to Victoria.
