Great Tiny House to Stay In
My son and I regularly stay in tiny houses to go hiking. This by far is the cleanest and nicest one we’ve stayed in. Everything you need for cooking (stove, oven, microwave, dishes) is there including a great grill the front porch. No dish washer (typical in most tiny houses). The shower is a little tight (to be expected in a tiny house), but the bathroom overall is roomy. Plenty of hot water (never ran out). The beds/mattresses are really comfortable. (The two beds are in two separate lofts that you have to climb ladders to get into, so bear that in mind.) House is climate controlled, too, which makes sleeping temp nice. Property itself is really nice and quiet. Really convenient location to Grand Teton NP (45 min away) and an easy drive to Yellowstone (2.5-3h depending on where in the park you’re headed). Parking is easy (reserved spot on property); you’d probably need to check if you bring more than one vehicle. The unit doesn’t have a washer or dryer, but the laundromat is literally just up the street 2 blocks; it’s clean and inexpensive (3.25 to wash and 1-2 to dry). Really good grocery store (Broulim’s) just up the road in Driggs. Good local places to eat in Victor, too. There’s a city park and dog park right next door and a nice paved bike path/walking path next to the house. We’d definitely stay here again. And if you need a little larger place, just next door is the Alpenhaus, a slightly larger tiny house with bed downstairs and washer/dryer.
