Absolutely awful. Ghetto trash fighting in the lobby. The elevator smelled like marijuana EVERY time we went in it. The housekeeping staff knocked on the door prior to 9am and then even opened the door after we told them we were still in there. They cried "why didnt you put your sign on the door?" Check out isnt until 11am and its your job to track people who check out. Spend $20-30 more and stay at one of the hotels next door.

I have stayed here for years on my travel to Ga and then back. It’s half way of my trip. Elevator tore up and I was stuck on third floor with my handicap in wheel chair and delayed our leaving by 4 hours.

The room smells food all day all night The toilet is broken cannot flush water. Call reception to fix it but nobody responded or come to fix . The bed is not fix all pillows messed up . Some food left in toilet
Have to use hand left it up for flush the water
That pillow it very bad unprofessional set up the bed
When you close up you will see some food left on around .

Front desk staff was terrific. House keeping was approachable and trustworthy. Dislikes: Security mechanism midway up door was faulty...missing three screws to hold the device and the other screw was hanging by a thread. Did nothing to deter someone wanting to enter your room to rob or hurt you...tub was EXTREMElY slippery, had to hold onto rail to take a shower, almost falling twice. rubber mat inside tub would make it safer. Shower curtain covered about half the shower, so water flowed to the adjacent floor at will. No in-room coffee provided on second day of stay.

The hotel over booked and my reservation was canceled. I had to scramble last minute to find another place. Must have been a busy weekend because everything was sold out ended up staying at a less than desirable motel. Thos is the second time hotels.com has done this to me.

Awful

We stayed in room 328 and it smelled like mildew. We have a kid that has asthma and was awakw all night making sure he didnt have a asthma attack. We did ask to switch rooms but unfortunately they were booked up. Outside looked clean, inside was very worn down and outdated. Which seems to be the trend for staying at a Wyndham.

We booked through Expedia, arrived, and were told that our reservation had been canceled. The person at the front desk told me that someone would have contacted us to tell us it was canceled. Needless to say, no one had contacted us and there were no rooms available. So my family of five was left without a room at 11:30 at night. I don’t know if the mistake was on Expedia’s or La Quinta’s side, but we will be contesting any charges made to our account if they appear.
