Urlaub wie bei Freunden!

Wir sind sehr herzlich von Alessandra und ihrer Schwester empfangen worden und hatten schon vor der Anreise sehr netten Kontakt mit allen wichtigen Informationen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber und ist ruhig direkt neben dem Pinienwald gelegen. Zum Strand und der Promenade mit vielen Restaurants ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe mit dem Auto erreichbar. Super auch der Privatparkplatz im Innenhof. Alles so wie auf den Bildern! Perfekte Ausgangslage um die Toskana zu erkunden oder am Strand zu entspannen. Wir können die Wohnung jederzeit weiterempfehlen und möchten uns auf diesem Wege nochmal ganz herzlich bei Alessandra und ihrer netten Schwester für alles bedanken.

Saubere, große und sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung in guter Lage (relativ nah am Strand, recht leise Umgebung, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe), freundliche und entgegenkommende Vermieterin (spricht sehr gut deutsch). Ich würde die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.

Unforgettable holidays in Viareggio

Our family (2 adults and 2 kids) stayed at Alessandra's apartments in Viareggio in July 2016. It was unforgettable holidays! Location is just perfect - 5 minutes by foot to the beach (or 2 minutes by bicycle) and a seafront promenade. Straight next to the door is a huge park for walking, riding a bicycle and for entertaining with kids (a lot of playgrounds, merry-go-rounds, baby-trains, trampolines, etc.). Nearby there are several very good restaurants. Supermarket is 3-minutes drive by car. Apartments itself are very comfortable, spacious, have everything for pleasant stay. They was even better that described in announcement. For us the important thing was a big parking inside the territory. The host Alessandra is very helpful, friendly, always willing to assist in any situation, charming and kind. Мы отдыхали в Виареджо в июле 2016 (2 взрослых и 2 детей). Это были незабываемые каникулы. Расположение апартаментов просто великолепное - 5 минут до пляжа (или 2 минуты на велосипеде) и до променада. Апартаменты расположены на границе огромного парка, в котором можно гулять, кататься на велосипеде, а также прекрасно проводить время с детьми (в парке много детских площадок, каруселей, детских паровозиков, батутов и проч.). Рядом несколько очень неплохих ресторанов, супермаркет в 3 минутах езды на машине). Сами апартаменты очень удобные, просторные, оборудованные всем для комфортного и приятного пребывания, даже превзошли ожидания. Для нас очень удобным было наличие парковки внутри закрытой территории. Хозяйка Алессанда очень приятный человек, всегда готовый помочь в любой ситуации, очаровательная, открытая и дружелюбная.

BELLA VACANZA

Appartamento in posto strategico: usciti dal condominio accesso diretto alla pineta e a pochi passi siamo sulla passeggiata da scegliere fra Lido e Viareggio e sul mare (da non avere voglia di prendere mai la macchina!) Luogo fresco e tranquillo. Appartamento con tutte le necessità per una vacanza rilassante. Adatta a famiglie anche con bambini piccoli (esperienza personale) Proprietari molto disponibili e cortesi. Sicuramente da tornare.
