The apartment is located on the ground floor and has been recently renovated with high-quality finishes, in a modern and elegant style.



In the living area, we find a lounge with an extendable dining table for 4 people, a comfortable sofa, and a living area with a 55" Smart TV, but also a fantastic PlayStation 4 video game console for our younger guests!




Everything is air-conditioned by a split unit dedicated to the living area.



Adjacent to the living area, we have a cozy kitchen, equipped with a traditional gas cooktop, modern appliances and accessories, as well as a breakfast area with an espresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and microwave oven.



In the sleeping area, we have a spacious double bedroom, a small bedroom with a French double bed (140x190), a service room with a laundry area, and the main bathroom with a modern walk-in shower!

A large window with a mosquito net brightens the room and overlooks the quiet courtyard behind the building.



A central designer chandelier with integrated fan, remotely controlled, allows you to create a pleasant atmosphere and to cool the room, also in combination with the air-conditioning splits in the living room and the main double bedroom.
