This property is a basic three star it’s clean. Ours was cleaned every day. The breakfast is a continental breakfast if you want a British fry up it’s not for you. The hotel is situated very near to the station and bus depot very convenient. It takes about 25 mins to walk to the old town. The staff are excellent friendly helpful can’t fault that

This is a hotel tucked in beside the train station and a post office parcel delivery depot. There is no quaint view. The location is excellent because of its proximity to the train station and bus depot. Noise from those locations was not a problem. The staff were kind and accommodating.The price was right and everything was clean. Breakfast was included which was nice. My only criticism would be the noise outside our room. We were on the first floor close to where housekeeping starts their work and the area where breakfast is served. The crashing of dishes in particular was really loud. Other than that I would stay again.

Next to Train Station

A very good location for travel as it's only 5 minutes from Verona train station. You can take the bus or walk to the Arena. Room very comfortable and reasonable in size.

Fabulous location to explore Verona from with great bus and train links. Could do with more breakfast options as choice was limited

Located right next to the train station. Very limited breakfast options. Room had everything you would expect although the shower was very small. Strange air con/ do not disturb contraption in the room which turned off automatically as soon as the key card was taken out. All staff very friendly. Would not stay again unless needed for train station.

Convenient for stay in and around Verona

Perfect stay in the centre of Verona , close to railway station and easy walking to all main attractions. Staff were friendly and attentive. Lovely clean room and great value for our stay. Breakfast had a selection of everything you could need , bar open when required and served by friendly staff. We left our cases in a locker for no extra charge on check out so that we could explore throughout the day as we had a late flight

Clean and next to Verona porta nuova. I ask the front desk a wakeup call for 6 am. They never call me. Thank to my cell alarm I woke up and didn't lost train and plane. When I ask the front desk the man smiled at me like was not a big deal. That tell me all I need to know about the staff standards. The breakfast start at 7 am so if you leave before they offer you a coffee .

Although it was very convenient for the train station, walking to the major points of interest wasn’t convenient for older adults. We needed to take a taxi to where the restaurants, shopping and points of interest are located.

While the hotel and the room were fine I had difficulty finding the hotel due to the poor quality of your map and a map I purchased. The hotel is off in a corner next to the railroad station and the view of it is blocked by buildings to the east and north of the hotel. In your online profile of this hotel please provide a detailed street map showing its location next to the railroad station and a symbol showing the location of the hotel on the street it fronts on.

Easy access from the station platform

The hotel is great for the easy direct access to the station, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are spacious clean and have just enough furniture for a short stay. The bathroom lacks anything to hang towels or clothing on but was modern and simple. The breakfast was simple but all you needed. The bar in reception provided good coffee and reasonable prices for drinks. This is not the place to expect any views, but a great place to ditch the luggage without hunting in a taxi for the hotel and enjoy the delights of Verona.

About 5 min walk from train and bus station. Stayed in two connected rooms with family of 4. Hotel was in good condition and rooms generally clean, although shower could be cleaned better around caulking where mold was visible. But happy with hotel. If wanting to visit Verona city center there are buses nearby or it's about a 20 min walk. Friendly and helpful staff. Would stay again.
