Good location, but price is too high

Ive stayed here several times mainly for location. My stay was 5 nights. The nightly price is high and my expectations are high. The sofa in my room was ripped. The shampoo dispenser did not work. I had to unload the clean dishes in the dishwasher when i checked in. Housekeeping did not replace dirty kitchen towels. Front desk was not as attentive or professional as in the past. I do appreciate the morning breakfast and happy hour service mon-wed, but kitchen staff is overly loud at times. The fitness room is very good. Overall, this is a nice place to stay but at $300+ a night, I expect more.

The staff we encountered were exceptionally helpful and polite. The room was very clean and spacious and offered extra amenities. Beds were comfortable and breakfast was tasty and offered a nice variety. Directions on the website made it easy to find. We were excited about sitting by the fire pits, but unfortunately it rained the night we had hoped to so we shared a bottle of wine in our room instead.

Staff are great. The place is immaculate. The options for food and groceries is excellent. The grounds were manicured and clean. Daily room cleaning and more if you ask. Every single person on the staff said hello and smiles every single time every day. Beach is 15 mins away. Don’t miss this place.
