The ice machines were broken and they were broken when we stayed here a month ago. They need to be fixed or replaced. We referred someone to stay at this property and they will not be staying there anymore because there was no notice of them being broken and they walked every floor checking.

In first room the TV, phone, and ice maker didn't work. Switched rooms and while better, ice maker was disconnected, phone and hairdryer didn't work. Staff got things sorted out but I would not stay here again.

The check-in lady was very abrupt and short, not very welcoming. The bathroom faucet was loose and the granite and the toilet did not flush easily no handrail to get in and out of the tub. The room was clean. The bed was great. The pillars were less than desirable, but they were plenty of them. The blinds were broken. They didn’t roll up or down.

Thermostat in room would not adjust. The temperature stayed at 68, regardless of Thermostat setting. Notified front desk and they told me to turn it off. I'm not a HVAC expert, but if it won't warm up when it's on, I'm pretty sure turning it off won't fix it!!
