Welcome to your beachside escape! Just a 2 minute walk
from the front door to the beach. This fully renovated home is your gateway to coastal bliss.

This vibrant bungalow sleeps 4 with a serene bedroom with a king size bed & sleeper sofa for extra guests. All linens, extra blankets, and pillows are available.

The kitchen has been fully renovated and has everything needed to prepare a meal. A Keurig is also provided.

The two full bathrooms are newly renovated and are equipped with towels, shampoo/conditioner/soap.

The house is equipped with Wifi and a Sonos sound system.

Dogs are welcome and allowed on the beach. With a fenced-in backyard, you can unwind around the firepit, BBQ on the grill, or rinse off the saltwater in the outdoor shower. The cozy patio is ideal for morning coffees or evening cocktails.

Got a boat? No problem - ample parking & a boat ramp a few miles away!
Bring your fishing gear! This area is great for surf-fishing or fishing on the intercoastal or at the Sebastian Inlet (about 5 miles away).

Jodi’s place was even better than the description. Going by our priorities - house was immaculate as well as tastefully and efficiently renovated throughout, beautiful open floor plan, truly a quick jaunt to access a private dog-friendly beach, fully stocked neatly organized kitchen with everything we needed, comfy king sized bed - big closet/storage, full-sized washer and dryer in laundry room, TWO immaculate and nicely updated bathrooms, fresh nice quality towels and linens, a fenced private backyard with gorgeous Florida foliage where we spent many hours sipping coffee or wine while our pup safely explored, easy access to cycling on the road and Jungle Trail. Beach chairs, towels, umbrella and cart at our disposal. Walking distance to a tasty sandwich shop. Jodi & Doug were excellent at communicating and met our every need. Simple check-in and check-out. Easy place to immediately be on vacation. Would love to stay here again.

We had a fabulous stay in the Beach Bungalow. Jodi was great with communication and provided a welcoming home that was bright and clean and comfortable. Even better, the beach was just a 2 block walk! Our stay this time was too short, so we can't wait to come back again. Had a great experience at the Beach Bungalow. Just a short walk to the beach. Host provided beach towels, beach chairs, small cooler bad and cart to transport items to the beach! Beautiful beach with hardly no one else there. Practically had beach to ourselves. House was fully stocked with need items. Would definitely stay again! Brought our dog and fenced in back yard was nice. Great beach to see sea turtles

A Wonderful Getaway!

We had a great time staying at this beautifully renovated VRBO rental. The place had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, and the décor was tasteful and very enjoyable. It’s located just a block from the beach, in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood—perfect for a restful escape.Jodi was an amazing host! She gave us clear and detailed instructions from the moment we booked, which made the entire experience smooth and worry-free. Her thoughtful communication allowed us to just relax and enjoy our time.We would definitely stay here again!

Treasure Hunt

The reason went went to this location was to metal detect on the beach for some treasure! The treasure we found was your VBRO rental property!! we had a great time. Your house was so beautiful inside and well equipped with all we needed. The treats and poop bags, plus wine was very thoughtful! The walks we took around your neighborhood was very enjoyable and beautiful. Only problem we had was the garbage disposal didn't work. defiently will stay again

Beach Getaway

Excellent facility with modern items. With such a nice place overall, I would recommend getting a new BBQ grill. Also, with a lot of dirt in the backyard, dogs track a lot inside. Beach access is good, but the storm must of messed up the dunes which have a pretty good slope to the beach.

Outstanding Experience

My husband and I and our 5-month-old puppy stayed here for 2 weeks and could not have had a better experience. The home was immaculate - exceptionally clean and everything was or seemed new. The mattress and shower pressure were excellent. Jodi was an amazing host and seems to have thought of every little detail, including the complimentary wine, which was lovely. She was easy to communicate with and was responsive to all requests. She went above and beyond when I realized I had left a pair of pants there that she made sure got back to me. We also took advantage of the short walk to the beach. We loved our time at this lovely home and would stay there again in a heartbeat!

A beach getaway

This property was beautifully remodeled, clean and just a short walk to the beach. They were super kind with dog bowls and treats. The house had everything we needed, great neighbors and quiet. The internet was decent too. I work from home and it worked well enough. If you’re looking for a peaceful escape, this is it. The background was perfect and relaxing. The owners even left a bottle of delicious wine.
