Cottage with covered pool, pets allowed in Vernusse

Sabrina and Michel have built a gîte on a hilly 15-hectare estate with woods and a first-class river.
Ground floor: Open kitchen overlooking the living room. 2 bedrooms overlooking the garden (1 double bed, 1 single bed), bathroom (private shower/WC) for each bedroom. Heating is provided by a wood-fired and oil-fired boiler for the living room and kitchen, and electric heating in the bedrooms. Washing machine and dryer shared with the other gîtes. Private outdoor wooden dining table at the gîte. Barbecue. Playground, 2 ping-pong tables, volleyball net, and a small stream on site (breach). Indoor heated swimming pool (semi-inground) year-round, shared with the other gîtes on the property (8m x 4m; 1.35m to 2m deep). The swimming pool is protected by a glass-enclosed room with a key and is available for adults (including a changing room). Gym. Sauna. Disc golf course, pétanque court.
Bunk beds can accommodate 2 people at no extra charge.

An additional family room for 5 people can be rented upon request, at an additional cost. There are 2 cottages on site: one for 12 people and one for 2 people. Bellenaves is 10 km away.

Gite highlights: Cleaning included. Please note that only the kitchen area must be left clean and tidy, otherwise a €80 cleaning fee will be charged at the end of your stay.

Sauna: 1 free session per day, followed by a €15.00 session thereafter.
Nordic bath: €50.00 per session. For information and reservations, contact the owners.

Pets are allowed at a rate of €10 per day per pet. For stays of more than 3 days, the rate is €35 per pet (maximum 2). To be paid on site.

Only guests wearing gym shoes will be allowed in the fitness room.
