The house keeping wasnt awful. We asked for our room to be cleaned,they either didnt do it or disnt shiw up u til 4:30-5pm. We asked for an extra chair for our family room because there was only 2 and they said there was no way to have an extra chair. The garbage in the main entrance was always overflowing and on the ground when we did get the room cleaned it wasnt done well. Our tub was left dirty and dirty beding was put back on the bed. I stayed here a few years back and it was good, the new owners are running it into the ground. I wont be staying here again.

They are awful at housekeeping. We had to always alks them ti clean out room, they woyodnt ahow up until 4:30-5at night. They disnt do a good jib at all. The tub was left diety , they put dirty bessing back on the bed. The garbage outside the main entrance was always overflowing and on the grown. I wont be back do to the fact they didnt clean my roo. Or wasn't very helpful when you needed things for yiur room.

Just ok. Older hotel in need of an upgrade, rooms were a bit dingy but beds were clean and comfortable. Located far from downtown and near a loud road. Close to shopping and restaurants. Balconies were nice.

Disappointed that neither the bar or restaurant was not open was not warned during booking. The bathroom drain was smelling and full of gunk ,needed to be steam cleaned. The grouting did not look as it was cleaned either. Received 2bath towels one which was completely frayed on one side. One facecloth and one hand towel. For two people.I realize I could have called but that was not the point. Was a farcry from what it used to be …

The carpets were old and stained and the beds gave me itchiness. The shower was also difficult to turn on and the water pressure was not good. The toilet also took a very long time to flush

Room was filthy, had zero services after 6.00 pm, and each room was provided only one or two towels, and housekeeping was closed. Another guest and I convinced the front desk to fork over one more. Room had strong odor of food, walls visible grease stains, and internet did not work. Oh yeah! It was $300 a night as there was almost no vacancy in Vernon. Save yourself, stay away

This property has gone downhill.I visited property 7 years ago when it was Village Green,it was so much better. The property was recently sprayed for bug infestation,as you could smell in hallways in hotel. We arrived and checked into our room with dead bugs on floor. Gross to find in a hotel. I would stay clear of this hotel.

The duvet hadn't been washed in about a month, and it developed a large stain and a terrible odor. I reported this to the front desk staff, but they were busy and asked me to come back later. When I returned, the staff member was still occupied, and I received the same response. Eventually, I decided to remove the duvet and set it aside. I ended up sleeping with only the duvet covers.
