Family of 4 short stay

Family of 4 short stay - we had a lovely 4 days at Le Panorama. The staff were amazing and so helpful. The lounge and dining area are very relaxing and welcoming. The rooms are ok. In need of a little modernizing but were warm and functional. The swimming pool was at the end of a strange spiral staircase but the water was warm and good after skiing. Good location with easy access to town.

Great ski hotel in a great location

Myself and my husband booked in the hotel to go skiing for the weekend. Absolutely perfect! The hotel provide a shuttle bus that will take you to the slopes, when you are finished for the day - you just call the hotel and they come pick you up. The rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. The staff were fantastic and couldn’t be more helpful. The town of Mont Dore is fabulous, only a few minutes walk from the hotel and full of incredible restaurants and bars. Highly recommended!

Close to Mont Dore

Stayed here for 2 nights and we were pleasantly surprised. From the moment we arrived the staff were welcoming and friendly, encouraging us to speak French rather than English! The hotel is approached by a private steep drive and when it snows heavily is a problem, but there is parking at the bottom nearby. We paid extra and had a valley view room and we could see the centre of Mont Dore, which currently still has Christmas trees lit up. The room was comfortable and importantly warm. It had a functional bathroom. We did use the small pool and sauna and I could imagine sitting outside on the terrace in the summer overlooking Mont Dore. There is a large bar area and a real log fire and in the evening candles are lit on the bar.

Great views

Disappointed that the restaurant was not open in the evening. Had to go out by car and so restrict alcohol drinks. Very steep climb on return. Arrived at 2 p.m but not let into our room until 3-45 p.m. - not good enough when the hotel is only used for several hours short of 24 hours, i.e. 1 day. Pool water too cool to use. The room and breakfast was good and the staff pleasant.

A refaire mais pas au 1er etage

La chambre correspond au descriptif En revanche la salle de bain de notre chambre non voir photo Quant à L’espace dédié à la salle de bain celui est vraiment petit. Notre chambre située au 1er étage assez bruyante Pas de peignoir ni de chausson mis à disposition pour accéder à la piscine. L’espace piscine est agréable et l’eau bien chaude Très agréable

Nous avons été refusé à l'accueil par la réceptionniste car ils n'acceptent pas les chiens, or en regardant et vérifiant sur votre site, cette mention n'est pas indiqué (photos en preuve). Noua avons essayé de vous joindre, mais pas possible car bug. Nous avons été débité, alors qu'a la réception, il suffisait que vous libéreriez la chambre. Mais nous avons été débité de la somme globale de la réservation, J'attends donc un remboursement d'une prestation qui n'a pas eu lieu.
