This hotel is in need of some upgrades. The toilet in our room wasn’t bolted down properly. The bathroom also smelled of cigarette smoke and there was no fan in there to help eliminate the odor. The fire alarms went off at 4:40AM and no explanation was ever given in the lobby when everyone exited their rooms, they just turned back off after being on for ~10 minutes and people slowly gathered that things were okay and returned to their rooms.

Room was clean; beds very comfortable. Staff very helpful. Very convenient to be able to park my car there while we went on vacation. Only negative was we had to wait almost an hour for our shuttle upon our return as he kept going to the wrong terminal (and it was VERY cold outside). I had to make 3 phone calls to the hotel before we were finally picked up in the right area.

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. I love that they provided a shuttle to and from the airport as well as to and from mall of America. The only criticism that I didn't like is that the sink was outside of the bathroom instead of inside the bathroom. That was annoying to me. However, the pros far outweigh that one little con which is why they deserve the 5 star rating.
