Great Hotel Very comfortable bed. I had the King suite The only down side was the jacuzzi tub. I turned it on and it was immediately filled with brown chunks. Other than that it is was a great spot

Our room was spotless. We had a lovely stay, even though there were many hockey teams at the hotel as well. Everything was perfect except for breakfast. Not enough variety of hot food, and what was there was all microwaved and tasted like cardboard. Very disappointed. I loved that you could grab a coffee at any time of day at the coffee bar. It would have been nice if there had been creamer for the coffee, though. I would stay again just because we loved our room, but would skip the complimentary breakfast.

I booked a double room. A room with a separate bed in a room and another bed in the main area. They put us in a room with one bed. I complained it was not the room I booked. After 45 minutes they gave us another room. While this room has two beds it is still a single room. By this time I had no more energy to complain and needed to leave for an appointment. I am paying more than I should have

I frequently stay at other hotels, and when I request a cot to be placed in my room, they are typically able to accommodate my request. During my recent stay, I asked for a cot and was informed by the front desk agent that cots are not provided and are reserved for emergencies only. My room clearly had sufficient space to accommodate a cot, and I found this response to be unprofessional. I would have been willing to pay an additional fee if necessary, as guest experience is very important to me. Especially during the winter season, when families are traveling and weather-related issues can arise, I would expect some level of flexibility or accommodation for guests. Unfortunately, this was not my experience. Additionally, while the room temperature was comfortable, the hallways leading to the pool were quite cold. Given that the hotel has a pool, providing guest robes in the rooms would have enhanced comfort and convenience. This is a standard amenity at many hotels and would have been appreciated.
