We had to search for the reception to check in, but someone from the bar eventually helped us with the process. Additionally, the housekeeping staff came around 9 AM, which interrupted my sleep. Since check-out time is 11 AM, she should have waited until after check-out to come by. As for breakfast, it was just okay—only apples, muffins, and coffee were offered.

We showed up to this “hotel” to stay the night for about 10 hours before hitting the road again. The place was beyond sketchy attached to a bar and “fake casino” with people all over the place outside looking at our car and yelling about owing eachother $2000. On top of that there was no real way into the hotel and had to get a lounge member to come and unlock the metal cage to check you into the hotel. The hotel staff even acknowledged that this place is not a ideal place to stay.

It’s a great place for a stopover trip. The room, although on the topmost no-elevator floor, had everything to be a longer stay suite. The hotel has a lounge and being like most downtown venues, doesn’t attract the greatest clientele. But our BMW didn’t get broken into so that was a relief.

2 seniors. 75 & 80. 3rd floor rooms. No elevator. No help. Entire 2nd floor smoking- drifted UP. Heater/A/C right above bed-rolled over and my back touching it,also noisy.Only 6 UNSECURED park stalls for guests.Low max volume on TV. No breakfast. Never again

Save your money and go elsewhere. Glad we were there for only one night and that was the intent. Just needed a place to stay for one night. It was not too pricy as we booked online for a cheaper rate, however it was not even worth what we paid. The phone in the room did not work, the shower curtain didn’t even go below the bottom of the shower causing water to go all over the floor, the bathroom door looked as though it had been kicked in (the lock was sticking out and the door was cracked on the edge where the lock is. I could go on by I think you get the picture. We did have a late check in thank goodness because to stay there longer would have been awful. Upon checkout, they sent someone to check the room before they would refund the deposit. They took nearly 15 minutes and still had not returned to state everything was ok. The front desk just did the refund stating it doesn’t normally take that long. Very odd as I had not experienced this at a check out before. Giving the benefit of the doubt, I guess it is good to refund an upon checking out rather than having charges that might not exist. Either way, I would not recommend staying here (2 star rating) but I would not rate it as a 2 star. Overall, not a good experience and would not book again.
