Cycling & relaxation

Good location for us to mountain bike from the house directly onto the forest trails in nature & isolation. Fabulous house to spend time also, Daniel & Valerie were excellent at ensuring privacy but also helpful if required.Lovely outdoor & pool areas & comfortable inside. Short cycle to the cafe/ Bar & Supermarket. Big thank you jim

BEAUTIFUL PLACE

Lovely couple , beautiful amazing place , nice and peaceful just what i wanted , if you like peace and quiet and walks this is ideal, ,exactly as described, they gave us a couple of bottles of wine which was very nice 😀, i took car so could drive to monoco and st tropez and also get about ,supermarket 10 mins away ,saving up now to go again awesome holiday 😀

Perfect spot!

What a beautiful spot! It had everything we needed and Daniel and ValĂ©rie were lovely hosts, available but entirely discreet. The highlight for us was the pool area - we spent most afternoons there, enjoying the respite from the heat of the day. The home is a great base for exploring the area and a trip to the beach was only about 35 mins away. We’d definitely recommend a stay here!

October in Vergeze

The booking process was very smooth and We had no problems with it . Unfortunately we missed out flight and had to drive down from England - this meant that our arrival at the property was very late at half past midnight. Daniel and Valerie stayed up to receive us . Valerie showed us around the property and how the appliances worked . There was a welcome pack with a bottle each of rose and red wine from the local winery Heracles . After this we were left to enjoy the property. The weather was a mixed bag with rains and 2 days of sun which allowed us to use the pool on 3 days ! For the kids there is a trampoline and table tennis facility . Darka their adorable dog was a big hit with the kids . The property is well placed to explore the region with Avignon , Pont Du Gard and Nimes just a short drive away . A visit to the Camargue region would reward you with sight of salt marshes and flamingoes . There is a well stocked supermarket ( Super U) just over a mile away . There are a couple of local bakers with a good selection of local breads on offer at very reasonable prices . There are a few good walks around the property. The property in itself is relatively new and very well presented . Linen is supplied but don’t forget to take your towels for the pool (and for the British a small kettle for the cuppa) . We managed to communicate with Daniel (given our knowledge of French was limited to Bonjour and Merci ) very well and we thank him and Valerie for their hospitality. We enjoyed our short stay in Vergeze and would recommend the villa .

Superb

Daniel and Valerie spent a lot of time when we arrived showing us where everything was, how appliances worked etc. From then on, they were very discrete, always available , never intrusive. The house itself is very spacious and well equipped. The gardens, pool and associated pool house with bbq etc are excellent. And they are in practise private since Daniel and Valerie leave you with complete use. Excellent base for seeing the area. Would definitely think of going back. Very friendly locals, lots of good value restaurants.

Accueil chaleureux par Daniel et Valérie, maison trÚs propre et confortable avec tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Le gros point positif : la piscine avec la cuisine extérieure et le trampoline, nos enfants ont adoré et nous aussi. Alles was bijna perfect

De accomodaties is haast perfect. Het zwembadwater is werkelijk verwarmd. Aan het zwembad grenst een buitenkeuken met veel mogelijkheden. Aperitief, bereiding van eten, bbg en een bakplaat voor groenten en vlees is aanwezig en bovendien makkelijk te bedienen te bedienen. De vakantiewoning grenst aan de woning. Maar de eigenaars zijn zeer bescheiden en zeer aangenaam in de omgang. De vakantiewoning is zeer gunstig gelegen van het en eveneens centraal gelegen om uitstappen te doen in de omgeving. Het enige minpuntje is het geluid van de autosnelweg dat je soms kan waarnemen wanneer de wind uit een ongunstige hoek blaast. Wij zouden er allezins terugkeren naar deze accommodatie.

Gßte au Top dans une région magnifique

Le gßte est impeccable et parfaitement équipé (petit bémol pour le lit en 140cm, mais c'est vraiment le seul petit défaut). 2 belles terrasses, mobilier extérieur et surtout l'espace Piscine avec le pool house équipé d'une plancha, d'un barbecue, d'un réfrigérateur et d'une machine à glaçon est vraiment génial. Nous y avons mangé tous les soirs. Nos hÎtes, Valérie et Daniel, sont charmants, aux petits soins, discrets et serviables. Bref nous avons passé une magnifique semaine à VergÚze et y retournerons avec plaisir.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié....

.... la maison: il y a tout ce qu'il faut. TrÚs spacieux! Entrée séparée, la place pour garer la voiture. Seulement la mezzanine un peu bas... .... l'exterieur. Le jardin, la piscine (chauffée!) et surtout la poolhouse! Extra!!!! (On entend en peu l'autoroute, mais cela n'a pas dérangé) .... les propriétaires! TrÚs sympathiques, attentifs et toujours à l'écoute!!! On s'y est beaucoup plu et aimerait bien retourner! Merci encore!

Entspannte Ferien in lÀndlicher Umgebung

Wir haben herrliche Tage hier verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Alles perfekt wie beschrieben, super eingerichtet und ein gepflegter Garten. Soviel Luxus fĂŒr uns als Paar war toll. Der warme große Pool, dann schöne Liegen unter OlivenbĂ€umen, grillen im Poolhaus. Leben wie Gott in Frankreich. Danke an Daniel und Valerie fĂŒr die herzliche Gastfreundschaft und den leckeren Wein. Wir haben uns in den Caveau d‘ Heracles gut damit fĂŒr zuhause versorgt. Der marchĂ© in Calvisson war toll und auch sonst gibt es viel zu entdecken. Wir haben noch nicht alles gesehen und hoffen wieder zu kommen. Merci ♄ Monika und Guido
