Beautiful apartment. Very well stocked with extra pillows, blankets and towels. Love the spa in the bedroom. The private backyard was our favorite feature. Every morning, we sat out back, listening to the birds and enjoying the amazing view.
The digital guest book is very user-friendly and answers all your questions about how to use the different features in the house, places to go and see, restaurants, etc.
A couple of things to keep in mind. There’s no staff on site. Everything is done remotely and communicated through Whatsapp. They are very good at it so there wasn’t very many issues. The thermostat is controlled by their offsite staff, which we didn’t really care for. We prefer to have control of our own thermostat when we’re staying someplace… especially for the amount that we paid to stay here. It wasn’t that big of an issue, because most of the time we had the windows and doors opened to the cool temperatures outside. However, a couple of times got very hot and a couple of times got very cold. One other thing. My wife and I tend to be last-minute schedulers. That doesn’t really work for this property if you’re planning to get a ride someplace or use the services like massage. Since they use all third-party companies, you have to schedule ahead of time or you can expect to pay 4 to 5 times the normal price.
