The single room was well-equipped with a desk, chair, lamp, tv, wardrobe and good sized bathroom. Bed was comfortable and extra pillow was appreciated. The hotel was quite warm for me but even in early November the weather was pleasant enough that I could open the window. Housekeeping, bar and breakfast staff were all very friendly.

Checkout 10:00 to 10:30. You hardly had time to wake up while on vacation and you had to check out. Also no fridge in the room. On the plus side very clean and friendly staff.

Hotel ok, restaurant poor.

Old rooms, the bathroom was so old and cramped, but comfy bed and lovely staff. Dinner wasn’t very good, though. Our food arrived still frozen.

Large and comfortable rooms, nice staff, noisy A/C

The staff was very helpful. There was a coffee machine at the breakfast buffet producing some really odd liquids but the waiter was always ready to make a proper coffee for all of us at no oncost. Just one thing was annoying which is now becoming common - the A/C works also as central heating and as it was already cold it started heating at 4 am with such a noise that woke us up and its operation was so noisy that we had to turn it off till the morning.

A very beautiful setting just off the historical centre of Intra. Internal restaurant. Plenty of space to relax. Good breakfast. The Staff couldn’t please enough, they are so lovely. Recommended!

In Intra there are a lot of pointers "Il Chiostro", therefore, finding it in the city is easy. Near the hotel there is a small parking lot, but it is usually always busy. We left the car in another closed parking lot of the hotel, 100 meters away. The room was very cold. At night, we had to cover ourselves with a blanket, but still we froze. The breakfast is excellent with lots of cakes.
