Nice property that needs some TLC. Still everything worked and it had good air conditioning. The staff were friendly, I slept well on the bed and the TB worked well. WiFi was OK. Veneer was peeling off the door and it needs a few other fixes but for the price, it was a bargain and clean comfortable hotel in a very good area in the port. Just a few minutes walk from the Zocalo and lots of shops restaurants and bars

Hotel was great but the staff were not.

The hotel itself was great. It was clean and had hot water and was in a good location. The room was comfortable and clean. But the staff were rude and very unpleasant to work with. I would not stay here again.
