als wir ankamen gegen 16.30 Uhr nur Baulärm, hämmern. bohren, sägen von der Whg. 6 A. Dieses ging bis zur Abreise am 31.07.25. Videos liegen vor. Dazu überall der Feinstaub, meine Frau hat Asthma.Kein direkter Strandzugang, über Straße und Treppe 120 Höhenunterschied 1,8 km.Direkter Strandzugang über die Straße von Calandre Mare mit dem Lift in 3 Minuten zum Strand wurde uns verwehrt. Alle unsere Nachbarn haben einen Chip mit Zugang über Calandre Mare mit dem Lift. Nur wir deutschen nicht. Werden diese Wohnung auch nicht mehr buchen, zumal die Beschreibung der Wegstrecken auch nicht stimmen.Wir machen noch zeitnah Preisnachlass geltend.Zumal bekannt ist, dass dort schon seit Frühjahr Bautätigkeit erfolgt, hätte darauf hingewiesen werden müssen und Preisminderung angeboten werden sollen.Ohne direkten Strandzugang für Strandurlauber nicht geeignet. Für Durchreisende ist es okay 1 - 2 Nächte.die beiden Liegestühle sollten durch 2 Liegen ersetzt werden, da so die Füße immer auf dem Boden sind, ungesund..Werden diese Whg. auch nicht mehr buchen bei diesen Zuständen.Waschmaschine uralt, sehr verrostet, Buntwäsche wird nicht geschleudert! muss tropfnass aufgehängt werden.Ein offenes Stromkabel hängt schon seit dem Frühjahr in der Dusche !Es sind zwar 2 Fernsehgeräte vorhanden, aber es sind keine deutschen Programme verfügbar.

Echt super, exklusiver meeresblick, war alles sehr sauber, alles da was wir brauchten, haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.Für den Sommer bereits wieder gebucht.

Mooi appartement

De ontvangst was belabberd. De hostess sprak echt alleen Italiaans en was weinig toeschietelijk.we kregen de sleutel en mochten verder alles zelf uitzoeken. Tot onze verbazing was er geen enkel kastruimte in het appartement dus hebben we 2 weken letterlijk uit de koffer geleefd. Schoon was het ook al niet dus zijn we zelf maar aan de gang gegaan. In de doucheruimte zat nogal wat schimmel. Het terras is geweldig.
