The staff at the desk were very helpful arranging transport and giving directions. They allowed us to check in early which was a huge help! We loved the convenience of the airport shuttle and the bus stops nearby. The room was great and the restaurant was very convenient with a big menu.

Locating the entrance to the hotel was challenging if not being dropped off by a car service (which we were not). There was a notice to not open the windows due to bugs however there were no screens on the windows which would prevent that issue. Despite not opening the windows we found 4 stink bugs in our room, not the end of the world but also not comforting.

This hotel was perfect for the location to the airport. Only a five minute shuttle ride. The only issue with the shuttle was that the hotel charges $30 per couple round trip which I think is a little high given the fact that you have to meet them out at the water tower and they don't drop you off at your terminal. Having said that, the hotel itself was wonderful. Very nice sized room, very clean and good customer service. The restaurant food onsite was delicious and the complimentary breakfast was good as well. We will definitely stay at this property again when we return to Venice.

We enjoyed our one-night stay at Torre Antica. The staff was very friendly and check-in a breeze. The room was comfortable and clean, as was the nice bathroom. We enjoyed the terrace off the bedroom. Will stay there again if flying in or out of Venice

Lovely place. We arrived shortly after midnight and called the hotel for the shuttle. We waited approximately 5 mins for the shuttle (cost approx 15 euros for 3 people). to arrive. From airport to hotel, it’s a 5 min drive. You will have to meet the shuttle by the water tower - near the car parking lot. Breakfast was simple but fresh. The taxi cost us 50 euros from the hotel to the Venezia cruise terminal. We really enjoyed the friendliness and excellent service of Antonella
