I liked the courtyard breakfast area. The hotel was close to the water bus line and to all sites that I was interested in visiting. The room was small but comfortable and since we were really only in the room to sleep, that was fine. The fridge did not seem to work.

We stayed for 3 nights at the beginning of Sept 2025. Our room contained 2 single beds (we pushed together) with AC and a sink. There was a nice balcony right beside our room, although not exclusive to us. We also shared a bathroom with a shower, this was never busy so no problem. Location great (although anywhere you stay is walking distance to everywhere you want to go). The hotel came with breakfast which was simple but great. The hotel was quiet and clean. Staff was also very friendly, but were only there until 9pm. Two things to note: 1) shower leaked slightly, you should bring a towel to step on to clean this up. 2) we saw previous reviews about bed bugs. We did a thorough check and did not find any bed bugs (although we could be missing them), but we did wake up with bites. We attributed this to the mosquitos in the room on ceiling. We were not aware of the mosquitos in Italy, so something to keep in mind. Overall: great hotel for price, would reccommend.

Great location in the centre of Venice, walkable everywhere, but on the less busy more local side of the grand canal, still surrounded by excellent range of restaurants and bars (traditional and modern). Hotel room was clean, had good shower, comfy bed and Wi-Fi. Breakfast was enough to get you going. Great value for money.

It's a family-owned property, and we had a great experience overall. We had ants the first night because the room was next to yhe garden, but the staff acted really fast and added some repellant, and the ants were gone. It's a very convenient location, there are very nice restaurants nearby and it's a quiet area, but easily connected to the train station by the vaporetto.

It was a good stay minus the extremely warm room. There was hardly any cool air coming from the air conditioning. So if you are ready for being hot at night it’s ok. But the heat was really hot this week and our room was hot.

Localizado em ponto estratégico de fácil acesso, o hotel se destaca pela conveniência. A arquitetura, embora charmosa, apresenta escadas que podem representar um pequeno desafio para alguns hóspedes. No entanto, a beleza e o conforto do estabelecimento certamente compensam esse detalhe. O Café da manhã não é tão simples, tem bastante variedade e é bem delicioso.. O ara condicionado que poderia ser melhor, mas durante à madrugada atendeu bem.

L'hôtel est correct, propre et bien situé pour visiter les attractions de la ville. Le petit-déjeuner est très bon et la terrasse était très agréable. Nous avions la chambre 24, de taille convenable pour 4 personnes, mais elle donnait sur la rue et le bruit était gênant.

This hotel exceeded my expectations! Great location in Venice. 10 min walk from the bus terminal and easily walked to all landmarks to visit. Breakfast was delicious. I would definitely recommend!
