Spacieux, bien équipé et idéalement situé bruyant

Simplicité d'accès en pleine nuit (gros retard d'avion) grâce à une key box. Accueil d'excellente qualité et disponibilité de l'interlocuteur le lendemain matin. Quartier idéalement situé pour les transports en vaporetto et la proximité de la place Saint Marc. Appartement très spacieux, bien équipé et bien chauffé. En revanche, les fenêtres à vitrage simple dans toutes les pièce (et notamment celles donnant directement sur le restaurant en bas de l'immeuble) vous font partager le quotidien et surtout la nuit des passants.... Si vous avez le sommeil léger, éviter absolument
