Sunny, quiet flat in the heart of Venice, near Rialto Bridge

BiancaTea apartment is located on the sunny second (topmost) floor of an ancient (Byzantine remnant decorations on the facade), typical Venetian three-storey building, looking onto the private Corte de Ca' Amadi, in the pulsing heart of Venice (see map!); Rialto Bridge and St. Mark Square are just 5 minutes walk away. The vaporetto (water bus) Rialto stop is also very close (5 minutes), so you do not need to pull your trolleys up and down many bridges on arrival/departure.

Plenty of restaurants, shops, supermarkets, cafes and bars are at hand to make your stay charming and easy going. Our apartment guide will reveal you the "secrets" of nearby area to experience the true Venice like a true Venetian. Though centrally located, the peaceful and private Corte de Ca' Amadi, once the courtyard of the XV Century Palace of the silk merchant family Amadi, with its ancient staircase and the marble well, is “far from the madding crowd" of the Venice grand-tour. Marco Polo houses are only 50m far.

The Malibran Theater (location of concerts from classic to pop), is just 50m away. New luxury T Fondaco (T Galleria) shopping center is only 2 minutes away. La Fenice (Venice Opera House) and Goldoni (Venice Drama and Comedy House) Theaters can be also reached in less than 10 minutes.

Property was central to everything and yet off the main area so it was quiet in the evening. Very close to Rialto bridge and easy access to the public ferries. The property is a bit tired, but it had everything we needed for our stay.

This flat is in a great location for exploring the city either by foot or on the boats. It was ideally suited for families. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of crockery and cutlery, pots and pans in the kitchen. The flat is on the second floor, and there are no lifts. The host was very friendly, and came to check that we were okay following our self check in. The host communicated well before the trip, and offered useful advice on getting from the airport and places to visit during our stay. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Nice place to stay

Incredible location

Lovely stay in Venice. The apartment was exactly as advertised. It is a comfortable apartment for two adults and two children. It was very quiet, located within a small courtyard and around the corner to shopping, bars and restaurants. Approx. a 5 minute walk to Rialto. On location alone, this property is a 5 star. I removed a star due to a lack of basic amenities (paper towels, kitchen towels, kleenex, napkins). The host was very responsive, very nice and very quick to assist. Very detailed and efficient check-in. Thank you again Marco!

Quiet oasis in central location

Amazing location, easy access to sights, restaurants, beautiful walks. Apartment is in a quiet courtyard off bustle of Rialto bridge—walk outside and a few turns and you are in the middle of everything. Loved it. Apartment clean and convenient, perfect for family.

This apartment is in a perfect location in Venice. Very close to Rialto Bridge and short walk to St Mark's Square. There are shops and restaurants and gelato right around the corner. We loved our stay here. The only problem we had was there is no A/C in the second bedroom so the kids had to leave their window open at night which wouldn't normally be a problem except that let in some very aggressive mosquitos. An A/C unit in the second bedroom would make this small Venice apartment perfect!

Met at the waterbus stop & wisked from busy, buzzy Rialto bridge to the quiet haven of the appt. Two flights of stairs with no lift, to a cosy two bedroomed appt, perfect for our family stay. Central to all the sights. Lovely stay.

This apartment was in the most wonderful location and perfect for our family -(including 2 teenagers!). Marco was wonderful to work with - promptly met us at the Vaparetto stop and escorted us to the property - showed us everything we needed to know. The stay was perfect and we wouldn’t hesitate to book again here.

Great Location

We had a comfortable stay at this apartment. The place was centrally located. It was a 7 minute walk to the Rialto bridge and a 12 minute walk to St. Mark's Square. Marco, the owner, was prompt to respond to questions and was helpful. We were met by Daria at the Rialto station and she checked us in. The apartment was clean and the beds were comfortable. Available were travel-size bottles of shampoo and shower gel, hair dryer, and assortment of teas. Although it was in the middle of the city, the place was very quiet and the historic courtyard was charming. We would book again.

Perfect location. Great host!

Marco met us at 10pm at the Realto water taxi point. We were supposed to arrive at 5:30, but plane delays made us late. He met us with a smile and went over all the amenities. The apartment is a 10 min walk from Realto, and also to St Marks Square and so many things in between. Just be sure to know how to use the keys to the apartment, it's not a lock most Americans have ever seen. Wifi in the apartment, A/C in the main bedroom, and fan in the other room, but it was comfortable throughout. The biggest bedroom has a queen bed and pull out couch. The second bedroom is three twins. We were very comfortable as 5 adults. You won't be disappointed with this place!! Thank you Marco!!
