The staff was very helpful as far as helping secure reservations for dinner, tours and water taxis. The hotel was very comfortable, clean and in a quieter area. It was very easy to walk to everything we wanted to see.

Great property location and the room was nice. Check in unluckily took over an hour because there was only 1 attendant and 2 people ahead of us, but she was very helpful and gave advice for what to do all around Venice. The room was boat themed because it didn't have any windows, but there were ceiling windows. Unfortunately the shades malfunctioned in the middle of the night and opened, making us wake up with the sunrise. The 2nd morning the shades stayed closed but there was very loud nonstop drilling going on nextdoor, starting at 8am.

Wonderful.

From the moment we arrived we felt like treasured guests. Though our needs were not particularly great, we felt they would have moved heaven and earth for us. Our room was extremely comfortable, and the shower terrific. The breakfast was perfect. It was like Joseph II telling Mozart there were too many notes. The hotel was in a quiet area, yet only 10-15 minutes walk to the Rialto bridge. Special kudos to Martina, Marta, and Andrea. Your kindness and service were extraordinary.

Amazing hotel, welcoming staff.

Hotel staff were very welcoming. Breakfast was high quality and made with fresh ingredients. Room was excellent and very clean with a large comfortable bed. Hotel wasnt too far away from the main attractions. 15 minutes walk maximum. Overall, a great place to stay. I would definitely stay again!

Beautiful hotel in a very quiet area with great restaurants nearby. It is a 20 minute walk to the realto bridge over several bridges so make sure you are ready for a hike if you want to go into the busy part of Venice. The railway station is close but you still need to walk over a couple of bridges (with steps) to get there. The staff were extremely helpful, breakfast was tasty with lots of choices and the bed was very large and comfortable. The room was small but had high ceilings so didn’t seem it. There were great amenities in the room and you could ask for a kettle. The mini bar with soft drinks and water was included. A great stay.

Stunning hotel with amazing staff. Superb location as it puts you in the heart of real Venice. Make sure you walk to the major touristy spots from here, as you get to see so much more. Close to the vaporetto and main terminal. A real gem of a place.

Short walk from train station. Property still quite new inside out, tastefully decorated thru' out. Staff are friendly & helpful. Clean & quiet however eat and shop are easily accessible. The only thing is breakfast should start earlier; nevertheless it's very nice. An excellent stay !

This is an awesome hotel! The staff is friendly, the room is up to date and clean, and the breakfast food and service were great. Plus the location is perfect. It’s close to the train and bus station but also far enough away from St. Mark’s Square to get away from the crowds.

Santa Croce Boutique Hotel a Venice gem!

Loved our stay at this wonderful boutique hotel a short walk from the central Venice train station. We were greeted with a smile, and a complimentary cappuccino upon our early arrival. Martina at the front desk and the hotel manager went out of their way to help us settle in. We were in room 203 featuring a nautical theme. Large, comfortable room made me feel like I was back on my brother’s cabin cruiser. The room was spotless, quiet and the free mini bar items were much appreciated. The breakfast buffet was expansive and delicious. The hotel is in a quiet area of Santa Croce, away from the hustle and bustle of the main tourist area. Great value for the money, and I’ll be recommending this fabulous boutique to my friends and family. Molto Bene!
