Clean, convenient, kind and location was peefect.

The day lady was a gem! She made us feel welcome and was very helpful. Rooms were nice and within all major areas. Steps fem the Rialto Bridge. Clean and convenient. As pretty as the restaurant is in front (not associated with the hotel), do not eat there. They lured us with lobster dinner and then charged us $300 each for them! Go to her recommendation- Al Gobbo- which was right around the corner. Great experience!

Very quaint hotel, our room had two large windows that opened up to the Grand canal. Everything was within walking distance and the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating.

This place has great location and accessible to Rialto bridge. But but the bathroom was not clean when I checked in and even the next day they didn’t clean the bathroom properly. Hair on the shower floor, water spots on the sink which grossed me out The staff was nice and tried helping me. Wish they got a better housekeeping.

Dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed at. Our shower and bathroom walls were covered in fuzzy mold, the sink counter and headboard were falling apart, and everything was dinged up. They didn’t offer any solution, refund or apology. No clue why this place has such a high rating on Expedia. The canal view was nice, but I do recommend earplugs.

The location was perfect, and Venice is stunning, but the hotel very disappointing. The rooms were in need of redecoration, which we would have overlooked, but the sink tap was very loose, chipped toilet seat, loose bedside light, and wallpaper hanging off, threadbare carpet etc. We reported the issues to reception but they shrugged and then ignored us for the rest of our stay.

Incredible Stay

The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. Great bed and shower! Room came with a Juliet balcony and all guests had a balcony on their floor overlooking the Grand Canal. It was such a treat having breakfast provided for us each day, with a custom made cappuccino. Location was perfect. Highly recommend.
