So many pluses, and one tough minus

Family had an amazing stay at this location, and the communication was beyond attentive and excellent. Location is perfect, just seconds away from Rialto Bridge, next to a coffee shop and a cute square. Only minus for this location is, as my aging mom said, "being close to God", because those four flights of steep stairs are not for the faint at heart.

Great staff. Water leaks from ac not fixed even though it was notified to the staff. Had to use a bucket in side the bedroom to contain the leak so it wouldn’t flood the bed room.

Great location if you decide to stay in Venice. There’s a supermarket just across the bridge. The staff were super friendly and helpful. they messaged me with directions to the hotel and arranged a water taxi for us to get to the airport. There’s no lift, but they offered to help carry our luggage. The only issue we had was that our AC unit broke on the first night. They checked it right away, but we didn’t realize it wasn’t working until later that night. Since the reception closes after 8 PM, no one was available at that time. However, someone came the next day and fixed it. One small concern: our hotel room door was very easy for my two-year-old to open, so I had to keep a close eye on her.

The staff was very professional and helpful during the check in greeting us with free drinks. They were able to accommodate early check in. The apartment was a block away from the main hotel and very was very spacious and clean and walkable distance to everything.

The location is good, close to the vaporeto station, just to be 100% clear, the palace does not have a lift and you could be in a third floor,not a restaurant for breakfast, and the room was not made after the first night, it is more a RB&B without clean service.
