I recently stayed at your hotel, and I would like to bring an unfortunate incident to your attention.
Upon my arrival, I was informed by the staff that I could place my luggage in the elevator, and it would be sent up to the 3rd floors(reception floors). However, while the elevator was ascending, one side of the elevator wall which was covered with cardboard instead of proper glass or solid material caused an issue. Due to this cardboard section, my suitcase got caught between the elevator floor and the wall. As a result, the elevator stopped, and the hand luggage bag was stuck.
When I finally managed to remove the bag, I discovered that all of the things in the bag were cracked, and my eyeglasses were broken inside. These glasses are quite valuable, with an estimated cost of around $1000 USD.
Finally, they told me that this elevator is not meant for people to use. There are no signs indicating that it isn't for public use, and inside the elevator, it says 'Press to go up and down.' There's also broken glass that could hurt someone
I kindly ask the hotel to take responsibility for this incident and either compensate me for the amount of the glasses.
They ignored me and after emails with the photo th
