Very bright apartment is the entire floor of a free-standing building with 10 windows.
3rd floor (top and last floor), stairs, 40 steps up to reach our door. (No elevator)
Master bedroom with a king size bed.
Single bedroom with 1 single bed.
Spacious living room.
1 well equipped bathroom.
Well equipped kitchen in wich you can cook real gourmet meals.
Rialto Market walking distance where you can find great fresh fruit, veggies, fish, and even La casa del Parmigiano for your original parmesan cheese.
All services as Pharmacy, Post Office, museums, churches, very close. A great Supermarket CONAD CITY in within 15 yards! Cool shops (leather purses and local crafts) near home.
Even our neighbours' bar in Campo San Polo (San Polo Square) called Ristobar San Polo.
We personally take care of our former home. It is myself Sabina, my mom Marilina and my husband Paolo.

Everything about this stay was perfect! We could not have asked for a better host and better accommodations. Sabina met us at the train station to help ease our comfort of transitioning from one location to another and provided us some great recommendations of things to do and places to eat. This apartment is lovely...clean, safe, well kept, comfortable. It is centrally located in Venice for easy walking to all the sites, shopping, food, wine, activities. Additionally, the hostess Sabina, was the most responsive, kind-hearted, patient and informative hostess I've experienced. I highly recommend staying here and plan to stay here again if I return to Venice.

Sabina & Paolo are the best. The apartment was wonderful very clean, washer was wonderful. Bedrooms very nice comfortable beds. I love all the family history that Sabina mentioned to us. It was extra special to stay in her childhood home. Very quiet area.She was very nice to meet us at the bus station and walk us to the apartment. Along the way, giving us a lot of information. Wonderful, responsive host, Sabine. Apartment is spacious and homey. Kitchen is well stocked. Located in a quiet neighborhood near restaurants, bars, gelato, and a grocery store. Easy walk to the Rialto area. Highly recommended!

We had a lovely stay at Sabina’s home! Sabina is an exceptional host. She was helpful and communicative leading up to and during our trip, and she and her husband Paolo met us at the bus station to escort us back to the apartment (which really is perfectly centrally located). Maybe best of all, they’ve put together a guidebook with all the information you could need about the best places to eat and shop, and how to navigate the city and the apartment. I would recommend this beautiful apartment to anyone staying in Venice and I hope we can visit again!

Stay in Venice, San Polo

We could not have asked for a better location or host for our stay. Sabina met us at the Piazzale Roma and helped us navigate the twists and turns to the apartment. We were tired and hungry from over night travel, and she got us a reservation for a lovely dinner. We brought our teen son for his first time, and the location was perfect for wandering, shopping, sightseeing and restaurants. The apartment was clean, had AC for the hot days, and a nice living room for what little time we spent there (awake). I truly hope to come back and stay for longer - like weeks, or maybe months!

The perfect Venice apartment/host

Do yourself a favor and book this apartment! Communication with Sabina was exceptional and her warm welcome at the train station made our arrival easy and worry-free. The location is a comfortable walk to all of the popular Venice attractions, and a 5 minute walk to a Vaparetto stop, but is in a quieter neighborhood away from the crowds. The space is homey and warm, with plenty of room for our family. Laundry is an added bonus!

Wonderful stay in Venice!

Sabina and Marilina were wonderful hosts! Sabina met us at the train station and walked us to the apartment, while giving us lots of helpful tips about navigating Venice. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and cozy with many wonderful amenities like a full kitchen, dishwasher, and a washing machine. Smaller details like ice cube trays and wash clothes, which you don’t always find in Europe, made our visit even more pleasant. We really enjoyed our stay here in Venice and would recommend it to others!

A Lovely Stay!

Sabina's home is in a perfect location. It is within walking distance to the train station and an easy walk to the taxis that can drive you to the airport. We were able to walk everywhere! The home is bright, spacious, and perfectly appointed with everything you could need. We especially appreciated the washing machine as we stayed in Venice at the tail end of our trip and needed to clean our clothes. Sabina and her husband where attentive to our every need! We had friends stop by who where flying out of Venice and when they saw our place they were so impressed. The noise of the street can be a bit loud if you have your windows open, but things quiet down in the evening. The area is clean, felt safe, and the convenience of a local grocery store was wonderful. They had everything you could need! Nice restaurants and good food close by. Thank you Sabina, we had a wonderful stay!

Great Place, Perfect Venice Location

This was the perfect apartment for our Venice adventure. Paolo, Sabina, and Marilina were excellent hosts. Paolo’s in-person pick-up at Piazzale Roma made our arrival easy and gave us peace of mind. He took the time to thoroughly and patiently introduce us to the apartment as well as the environs. The location was ideal being less than a 5-minute walk to Venice Italian School and an easy passeggiata to practically all the major attractions. We could easily access a neighborhood grocery store, shops, and restaurants. My husband and I fully appreciated the cleanliness, security, and comfort of this Venetian home. Perfect location and accommodations for 3

Sabina is a wonderful host. She met us at the bus on the way to the apartment she gave us an introduction to the area and suggestions on what to see. The apartment was a great size for me and my 2 daughters. Sabina walked us through everything from the Moka pot to the A/C and garbage pick up/ drop off. It was, without a doubt, the best vacation rental experience we have ever had!!!! From the moment we arrived, our hosts hospitality was unparalleled. She met us at the train station (after 9 pm as our train had been delayed) and personally escorted us to the property which was incredible. Along the way she was super friendly and chatty, and even made us a dinner reservation!!! She provided us with a detailed walkthrough of her home ensured that we were comfortable and familiar with everything, which made a significant difference in our overall experience. The home itself was immaculate and incredibly spacious. The neighborhood was fantastic—quiet, yet close to all the amenities and attractions we wanted to visit. Her availability through WhatsApp for any questions, restaurant recommendations, and even cooking class suggestions was immensely helpful and greatly appreciated. Beyond Expectations

This apartment is a must is visiting Venice. The location is perfect, so close to everything, but not in the middle of the craziness, so you will get a good night sleep. Grocery store less than a minute walk, so we could make our own breakfasts and get snacks. Fully equipped with everything you may need. The best host we have ever experienced. Sabina met us a the water bus station and spent time explaining every detail to us. We cannot thank you enough Sabina. Say hi to your mom for us :)

Fantastic Experience!!

What a fantastic property!! We stayed at Sabina and Marilena's apartment for 4 days in June 2024 and we had a wonderful stay. The apartment is located centrally to all the sites in Venice. It's very clean uncomfortable with all of the amenities that we needed. We appreciated Sabina's husband, Paulo, meeting us at the train station to walk us to the apartment and show us everything that we might need to know about the property. Communication with Sabina was so easy as she provided recommendations and got back to us right away if we had questions. We would definitely stay here again!!

This apartment is absolutely perfect! It’s in great location, close to all attractions, it’s charming, clean and stocked with everything you need. It really is super bright, having big windows in every room. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Sabina. She is a great host. She replied to all our questions right away and offered suggestions for dining and shopping. She let us know of an upcoming public transportation workers strike so that we could plan our trip to Murano accordingly. She even met us at the bus stop and walked with us to the apartment. Love, Love, Love It.....

The host, Sabina was sent by God!!!! Her communication skills were impecable. First, she met us at the train station and walked us to her apartment, as stated, which made it extremely easy to located the apartment. Once we arrived, she gave us explicit instructions on entering the apartment with the keys. She took us upstairs ( not many stairs) to the apartment which was immaculate. It was a cite to behold. Absolutely Beautiful with so much history. The location was walking distance to many restaurants, bars, shopping, and churches. There was even a grocery store near by if you needed any last minute items. If you are going to stay in Venice for any amount of time, stay with her. We highly recommend !!!!!

Refined & Comfortable Haven in Venice

My husband and I chose this apartment for our first ever trip to Venice--and we were very pleased! Communication with Sabina was easy and she was extremely helpful. She met us at the dock for the Vaporetto and walked with us back to the apartment, pointing out good restaurants and mercado's as we went. Sabina explained everything we needed to know about entering and securing the apartment, using the kitchen, finding our way through the city, and so on. Very helpful since Venice is definitely a unique place! The bed is comfortable with beautiful linens. There are lots of closets and shelves provided for you to store your clothing and gear. The kitchen & kitchen table are large enough that we felt comfortable eating lazy late breakfasts there. The decor is charmingly old-world European--and with great Wi-Fi! The neighborhood has a variety of good shops and restaurants. We especially liked picking up groceries at "Tuday" -- a mercado one block away with great produce, cheese, bread, and good prices. Sabina helped us figure out how to get to the Venice Opera House to see an Opera and how to get to the Islands and, finally, to Marco Polo airport using public transportation. She is a wonderful friend to have as you explore the city of Venice. You will need to climb stairs to reach the apartment -- this didn't trouble us, but it's good to know. Being on the third floor helps make the noise of the street significantly less. An excellent choice for a visit to Venice!

Wonderful apartment and communication

Sabina is an amazing host and really cares that you enjoy your stay. Wonderful stay in Venice

The apartment was in a terrific location for getting around to various museums and other attractions in Venice. It was also nice and quiet at night. There are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The apartment was clean and had a well-equipped kitchen. The three of us really enjoyed staying there. Sabina was a very good host; she came to the train station to guide us to the apartment and gave us a clear explanation of how everything in the apartment works.
