Was more like a bed and breakfast than a hotel. We were not informed of a charge for bringing our luggage up very steep stairs in the hotel. They even wanted to charge us more to take the luggage downstairs after we checked out. So we did it ourselves. It was difficult rolling our bags over cobble stones over a block and a half, and up and down a set of stairs, just to get there. They also charged us a local tax which we were not informed of, until after two days of staying there. Very old, cramped conditions especially the shower stall. The front of the building was very unassuming and had no signs. Fortunately, we hired a private guide and shuttle service to get us there or we would never have found it. We expected more for paying around $200 per night and would gladly pay more, next time, to stay at another nicer place.
