The separate sitting room – where you can relax and chill out after a whole day of exploring Venice – can accommodate another person on the sofa, that becomes an extra single bed if necessary.

Location - The apartment is located on a turn-off of Lista di Spagna, the animated road full of shops, only 10 minutes away from Piazzale Roma and near the Santa Lucia railway station. The apartment is only a few metres away from the water bus stop, which allows you to reach the centre of Venice passing through the Grand Canal.
This beautiful position will allow you to visit the most authentic corners of Venice, from the ancient Jewish ghetto, to the Cannaregio District, where you can discover traditional Venetian taverns and the beautiful Gothic church of Madonna dell’Orto.
