It is 4 blocks to the beach and 4 blocks to town. There is a great balcony to sit out and enjoy a nice glass of wine while looking at the park across the street. There is a assigned carport parking spot for your car. Everything is within walking distance including Publix. Also there is a laundry room a few doors down. Livingroom has a large smart TV and the whole condo has Wifi.

Stayed for a month, February 2026. Venice is a lovely town. Great location for day trips to Sarasota, St Pete’s, Sanibel, Fort Myers. The condo was nice. Loved the little park across the street. We walked into town and walked to the beach.
