HTM HYBRID TOWER is located in the urban vertex that intersects Corso del Popolo and via Torino, in a useful position on the route that connects Piazzale Roma to the Mestre-Venice railway station and opens up to the Venice lagoon with frequent transportation services that ensure a flawless connection.
The skyscraper develops in height for 19 levels, and with its 81m. it is the city's new iconic landmark. The choice of a hybrid principle, confirmed by the name assigned to it, is expressed not only in the internal distributions but above all in the formal solutions. The tower alternates collective spaces with hospitality-residential units, which from the fourth to the eleventh floor have apartments with large panoramic windows and which from the twelfth to the sixteenth floor offer cantilevered terraces and breathtaking views of the skyline of Mestre fino and the Venice Lagoon. The top floors house a very elegant restaurant surmounted by a vast terrace that gives a 360° panoramic view, which becomes impressive at sunset.
The HTM HYBRID TOWER has wide street parking and is located ten minutes faraway from the center of Mestre, and a few meters close to primary commercial activities that guarantee its guests the opportunity to go shopping and provide relaxation and recreation.

- Please respect quiet hours from 22:00 to 8:00.
- Parties are not allowed.
- No smoking is absolutely mandatory inside the property
- The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. Please do not invite people into the apartment that are not registered for your stay.
- All guests shall abide by a good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
