This is a lovely, very clean hotel. Our room had a beautiful little balcony over a canal where gondolas passed below. Morning breakfast is basic but well done and all we needed to get started for our day. The front desk staff was very helpful and carried our luggage up the stairs for us - despite other reviews that complained about this. Excellent location! Would stay here again!

Very charming however I stayed in the renovated rooms. Had a balcony and lovely room. Staff was excellent. I traveled alone and they were so helpful. The only problem was there is no elevator and I stayed on the 4th floor. I am a senior citizen so it was painful walking up and down all of the stairs.

It is Venice, the hotel has no lift so we had to carry our luggage up 3 flights of steps and then down one flight of stairs to get to our room. The staff were very accommodating and helpful especially when I was too sick to travel allowing us to stay an extra night so I could make the next leg of our journey.

We choose this hotel for its unbeatable central location, just a short stroll away from the Vaporetto Rialto stop and the stunning Piazza San Marco. The friendly and helpful staff made our stay enjoyable. There is no elevator, packing lite will ensure a hassle-free visit.
