Excellent boutique hotel in an amazing location! Only 5 minutes to Saint Mark’s Square, and in the opposite direction 5 minutes to the Rialto Bridge. This hotel is incredibly clean and has wonderful staff.

Room was lovely and clean. The bed very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was situated very near Rialto bridge and St Marks square, absolutely perfect. Good continental breakfast with plenty of choice. Just be aware it is steep stairs to all floors, not for disabled access.

Ideal location

Beautiful hotel in the perfect central location to all the main attractions. I would recommend to pack light as its a 5-10 min walk from the ferry terminal and there is no lift in the hotel. Staff were lovely and I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends

Location of this hotel is very convenient to Rialto water taxi and easy to find. Also very close to St. Mark’s square. Lots of wonderful shopping and restaurant choices all around. Rooms comfortable, had a lovely canal view. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful.

Located in a central place, an old mansion, pretty dated and three floors with no lift...small rooms...air-conditioned, some staff needs basic customer training...breakfast very very ordinary...looks like bread and croissants bought from local supermarket and very few options....the staff whistling around...limited seating space...overall a three star hotel with good location...nothing special...no views from the rooms...

Excellent location, great staff, lovely rooms

Excellent location right next to Saint Mark's square, pretty rooms. Lovely place. Didn't appreciate the cleaning at 7am right next door on my last day. If check-out is 11am, I should be able to rest in quiet until then or at least close to that time. The noises of cleaning right beside me kept startling me and it was very uncomfortable early in the morning. Otherwise highly recommend this hotel. Staff was really nice and helpful.

Good location. This was our first time in Venice. Staff was amazing. Room attendant was great. Can’t beat the location. Close to tourist attraction. View of canal was great. You have to leave your room key at the front desk each time you leave. It’s an old fashion key. One less thing you have to carry. It was no trouble at all. Would stay here again. Remember the rooms are small- this is an older hotel.
