Location of the apartment was central to everything! Maurizio was great although our check-in time kept getting delayed. Pillows could be updated but the apartment was comfortable for the 5 of us.

Wonderful accommodations! Though close to the very busy Rialto Bridge area, it’s in a calm quiet little square, with a lovely restaurant. The apartment is clean, comfortable and well stocked. The beds and bathroom are all very comfortable, the owner is absolutely lovely and it has a small deck (not big enough for chairs but big enough to stand on) over a canal where you can watch the boats go by.

Our stay was nothing short of incredible. Our 2nd floor room had an incredible balcony overlooking one of the canals with gondolas going by. The room was very spacious and we found it had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The location was also amazing, just minutes from the Rialto Bridge. Would highly recommend!

The hotel wasn't a good location. We never met the host which was strange. There was also a very strong sewage like smell in the reception area. The worst part were the five flakes upstairs we had to walk up just to get to the bedroom. The stairs leaving up from the living area to the bedroom were very Steep and creaky. Also there is a discrepancy between what hotels.com said we needed to pay for the city tax and what the host made us pay.

Large and spacious Kitchen well equipements and great table space third floor but no elevator made it tricky with luggage No reception and waited a period of time for the owener to rock up Coffee and tea not always restocked. Excellent location for a stay in the tourist area of Venice with easy access to all the tourist locations within a few minutes walking. Outside of property looks a little rustic which was a bit concerning initially. We misunderstood the need to ring the bell and wait for somebody to provide the key and take the tourist taxi in cash, but after that it was a perfect location for a family of 4.

Fantastic location and apartment. Everything we needed and more with a gorgeous little balcony overlooking the waterway. Coffee machine with pods was an added bonus! Very clean and well maintained. It was very well located, updated and clean. My only complaint was that we had trouble unlocking the door with the key - had to try it several times to get it to open on multiple occasions. We never could figure out the secret. Great place! I would stay again.
