Host was very welcoming. Boat was spotless and in great condition. Host responded to all my questions. We stayed for 2 weeks and loved every minute! All the amenities of home were available. Highly recommend! Will stay again and again!

New updates are great outside ! Water pressure was low we thought. Ice machine could not keep up barely with one boat let alone 2No dishwasher Boat parking was a little tight. But worked.

Perfect location in Venice

Very clean- ice machine was so nice and handy. We never ran short of ice even w two boats and 6 people. We tied our boats up to the dock just outside of back door. Porch was perfectly positioned for the sunrise w coffee. Porch fan made sitting outside very comfortable in shade w temps in low 90’s. Great place to stay on water and watch boats come and go! One of the best boat houses in Venice.

Well equipped for fishing trip

Never see such a lean and new gas grill on all of the houseboats we been staying last 15 yrs. Working propane cooker is a plus for us to deep fry our fish outside.

Pay a lot, get a little.

No hot water, no ice machine, infestation of roaches, toilet requied flushing with a pail of water. Most camps here have ice machines that charge this much.
