The place is very nice, and the room is quite simple. The staff is very friendly. I only have two observations: the shower walls were a bit dirty, and the breakfast was quite limited. But overall, it was a good place.

The place has a very limited time open. No elevator so that was a big problem since we have mobility issues. The breakfast was a let down. The room looked nice, as well as the rest of the building, but dont expect no amenities in the room such as coffee, water, refrigerator. Beds were hard.

good for the price but don’t expect much. room was simple, only issue was that our room was double but they just put to single bedtogether and called it double bed. no reception except very few hours. otherwise enough for the price.

We did get hit with a charge for our service dog when checking in. It seemed like it was a problem? The housekeeping staff loved our dog and were very nice. It's a rustic building for sure, but was nice.

Excellentt stay in renovated hotel

Excellent stay in a quiet countryside environment. Great personnel. Renovated rooms in an old building. Excellent breakfast for 4€ pp. We will come again in this nice hotel.

This is a pretty cool place to stay. Great building. There was an error in regards to our room upon check in so we ended up staying in a 3 person room with 4 people the first night as the hotel was full. Fortunately, the hotel's staff were very apologetic for the error and made it right for our second night. So I would say the staff are very professional and all spoke very good English. The hotel rooms are very basic, but they are very clean and quiet. The location is perfect for a day trip to Venice if you have a car (although you can also access a bus to Venice nearby). Breakfast was also adequate. Overall we were very satisfied with this hotel and would stay here again.

There was a mix up with our room, but they let me know ahead of time and we ended up having a smooth check in. They also offered us free breakfast for the duration of our stay. We ate dinner at the restaurant, and the food and service were fabulous. If we are in the area, we will definitely be staying again.

Interesting place for everyone

Hotel really looks interesting. The lady on the reception was really kind. There is a nice restaurant serving local food. When we were there, it was a menu with three courses for 25 €. We didn't have breakfast included in our room price but we decided to have one,for only 3€ for person. Location is great too because the distance from Padova and Venice is only 30 min drive.

Old monastery converted into a hotel. Don't expect too much. It's clean, but it still smells a little funky. We didn't get a chance to eat at the restaurant downstairs, because we left early, but we heard only good things about it. Staff is nice and helpful. If you don't habe high standards, this is a pleasant hotel for you.

The converted monastery is simple but refreshing. 10 minute walk into Dolo which is great. Staff was great- helped with all of our questions. Would highly recommend!

Lovely quiet hotel good to get to Venice

We stayed here for 2 nights as part of a 26 night European adventure. We were visiting Venice and have been a number of times before and so didn't feel the need to stay right in the City. This hotel was about 25km away and the round trip bus journey from the centre of Dolo was about 40mins and cost 14Euros for 2 return. It is a simple elegant hotel and we really enjoyed our two nights there. We opted for breakfast which was cheap (3Euros each per night) and was simple and adequate for the price. The staff were really helpful (especially the German lady) and the meal we had on our second night was excellent and good value. The room was comfortable and public areas very nice. There is a hostel type element in the complex as well, but we were in the main hotel part. Would we stay again, most definitely.

Very nice relaxed atmosphere. Picturesque scenery and building. Good price. The bus runs regularly from town of Dolo to either Venice or Padova 40 minutes. Wifi only works in the lobby. Breakfast could be a bit better quality.

Nice hotel close to amenities

The stay was very comfortable- staff were helpful at all times. The rooms were fairly basic but adequate and the restaurant next door was a bonus- lovely home cooked food.

I did appreciate the fact that was some was waiting for us despite our late arrival! , the room is clean! But the breakfast was ordinary and if u wake late nothing much left to be serve! . Good location for someone visiting venice! Near by a drop to parking and the boat! .

Nice and relaxing

We chose this hotel so that we could go to Venice and explore but the relax in the evening. Stayed here for two nights and did just what we wanted. Very friendly lady on reception when we arrived, lovely basic room. Restaurant was nice with helpful waitress who helped us to translate the menu - only downside was only having a wall to look at as the hotel is surrounded by a wall. Breakfast was very basic so that would be the main thing we would change. Would stay here again!
