Great stay!

One of the best hotels that I have stayed at. We were a little early to check-in, so Elia, the hotel concierge, sat down with us and gave us great suggestions on where to eat and what to do withour1 dayin Venice. This 6-room hotel was in a great location, on a quiet side street. The room was a bit small, but very pleasant. Great stay!

Venice Boutique Hotel

Stayed 2 nights in March. Beautiful space, everything new, stylish and tasteful in this boutique hotel. Very clean and quiet. Excellent location. Beautiful setting. Received with a warm welcome. The host/proprietor was prompt with all communication and also very nice. Hands down, this was the nicest place we stayed during our 2 weeks of travel in Italy. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Once you enter the property you start liking it because of the wonderful smell. They received us with kindness and with white wine and chips. The room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. Everything is near - walking distance. The only thing is that we had to carry our luggage through the small streets and bridges but I guess that happens everywhere. I would recommend a place that there is the boat facility stop at the hotel or super near. Is not easy when you have multiple heavy luggage across bridges with stairs.

Looks exactly like the photos, for once! We had a most luxurious and comfortable stay in the Camellia suite. The staff go out of their way to provide a comfortable stay. If it is important to you when booking a property, please note that the rooms are not very soundproof. However, the area was quiet, the other guests were quite quiet and our stay & sleep were not disrupted by this.

Exceptional Stay at Ninfea Luxury Suites

I had an amazing experience at Ninfea Luxury Suites! The modern, beautifully designed rooms were spotless, bright, and elegantly furnished—everything felt brand new and inviting. The location is perfect—quiet yet central, just a 5-minute walk from St. Mark’s Square and close to great restaurants, cafés, and water taxi stations. Private water taxis drop you just a few minutes from the suites, which is super convenient. What truly sets this place apart is the exceptional hospitality. The owners, including Ellies and their parents, are incredible people. They not only gave me great local insights and dining recommendations but also went above and beyond to help. On my checkout day, they even walked me to the private taxi pier and loaded my luggage onto the boat early in the morning—such kindness and care are rare! While breakfast isn’t provided, there’s a shared kitchen and complimentary coffee and tea, which is a nice touch. Honestly, the photos don’t do this place justice—it’s even more stunning in person. This is the only place you should stay in Venice—I highly recommend it! ⭐ 10/10 – Would absolutely return!

I had an outstanding experience at Ninfea Luxury Suites! The modern, beautifully designed suites were spotlessly clean, bright, and elegantly furnished. The location is fantastic—quiet yet central, only a 5-minute walk from St. Mark’s Square, close to restaurants, cafés, and near public water taxi stations for easy transportation. Private water taxis drop you just 2-3 minutes from the suites, which is incredibly convenient. What truly sets this place apart is the exceptional hospitality. The owners and staff were kind and thoughtful, going above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. Special thanks to Keldi, who made the check-in process smooth and welcoming, even waiting beyond office hours to assist me. While breakfast isn’t provided, there’s a shared kitchen, and complimentary coffee and tea amenities are a nice touch. The photos online don’t fully capture how bright and luxurious the rooms are in person. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a stylish, well-located, and comfortable stay in Venice. ⭐ 10/10 – Would return!

DO NOT stay anywhere else. This is the perfect place. We are in love. We were excited to stay before and when we got there, it was even more special in person. Great, but not perfect

While the staff was very nice, there was a lack of clear communication around front desk times and basic ‘front desk’ type questions such as bus schedule or restaurants. Our room was nice but had some unexpected quirkiness such as the toilet ran and trash from another guest. There was a nice steam shower and good location!
