The Ca 'Ferrari apartment is located in the center of Venice, in the Cannaregio district, the most animated of Venice. It is located a stone's throw from Strada Nova, the main artery of the city, full of shops, restaurants and bars, supermarkets and other services (pharmacy and banks). The apartment, completely restored and equipped with every comfort, is located on the mezzanine floor, is large and quiet and overlooks a private garden. The apartment is managed by Giorgio and Gabriella, experienced hosts, who live in the same building.
The apartment measures 59 square meters and consists of entrance hall, living room with kitchenette, two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, two complete bathrooms elegantly finished, one of which is exclusively for the master bedroom . The apartment has been completely restored and is equipped with all the services (high speed wi-fi, smart-TV, air conditioning in all rooms, washing machine, dishwasher).
The Ca 'Ferrari apartment is located three minutes from the ACTV vaporetto stop of Ca'd'Oro. Moreover, it is only 8 minutes away from the Fondamenta Nove stop, where the ALILAGUNA waterbuses coming from the Marco Polo airport and 15 minutes from the Santa Lucia railway station arrive.

This modern, clean, and comfortable apartment was perfect for our family of 4 adults to enjoy Venice. It had everything we needed, and more! The neighborhood is peaceful, yet convenient to landmarks, restaurants, and shopping.Giorgio and Gabby were wonderful hosts and communicated throughout the booking and arrival process. Giorgio met us at the dock where the water taxi from the airport dropped us and walked us to the apartment. It felt like we were being greeted by family.We would definitely stay again!

This was an excellent choice for 2 couples. Centrally located for dining and sight seeing. Short boat ride to train station and airport. Attentive hosts. Quiet part of Venice

Host meet us at the boat dock. He walked us to the apartment. He was very nice and showed us where the grocery store is about a 4 minute walk from the apartment. The apartment was very clean, peaceful and the air conditioner worked great.

Absolutely loved our stay!

This was one of our favorite owner owned properties that we stayed at during our stay in Italy. The host Georgio is very friendly and helpful and their 2 bedroom, 2 bath property is perfect for a family of 2 adults and 2 teens such as ours. The property is immaculate, super clean and was supplied with linens, towels, and basic necessities in the kitchen. For the price we paid, we felt it was a good value. We would absolutely stay here again the next time we are visiting Venice!

Beautiful Apartment in Great Neighborhood

We loved staying in Georgios apartment and will stay there again in a heartbeat. The neighborhood was great, quiet, clean and close to everything. Communication with Giorgio and Gaby was excellent. The apartment is exactly like the pictures describe. It was spotlessly clean and everything works as it should. We didn't have any issues and if we had I'm sure they would have been taken care of promptly.

The owners are exquisite hosts, they're clearly proud of sharing part of their family house with their guests. The property is impeccable: everything works, you can spend a relatively long stay and have everything you need to cook, do laundry, etc. as we did.The location is one of the best in Venice: close to everything, yet off the tourist beat. Plenty of restaurants nearby, 2 minutes from a large grocery store. Will try to go again.

Wonerful place

The apartment was fantastic! 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, updated and very modern. Plenty of room for a family of four, plus all the amenities you might need. Great location too! All transportation (water bus or taxi) needs very close by. Food, shopping right around the corner, walking distance to most of the sights is very close, yet it's very quiet. Communication was great, Gaby was very helpful with directions and recommendations, any kind of assistance I needed. Awesome hospitality, thanks so much!
