Location of the property is awesome, right across the street from the Mestre train station. Restaurants are a very short walk away. Check-in was very fast and courteous. The room itself was outstanding - very roomy and well equipped. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. Not once did I hear any train noise. Would I stay here again? Absolutely. Only one thing I didn't like: Our room faced the side street next to the hotel (vs facing the train station) and there was very bright light shining thru the window in the bathroom (which cannot be covered). You had to shut the bathroom door at night, or the room would be very bright (and we like it to be pitch black). Other than that, we thought this was an outstanding hotel and highly recommend it.

You cannot run the air conditioner when you were not in the room without a key card. Do not like this feature we left a key card in there clean cleaning staff removed while we were gone with 73° when we returned

Extremely convenient location, the hotel staff was exceptional and very helpful. Although the breakfast at the hotel was fine we found the restaurant lacking. We would recommend this hotel to anyone planning a visit to Venice.

The property is well placed near the railway station and FlixBus stop. There are a few nice places to eat nearby at reasonable prices. It’s easy to access Venice by train.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, just a very short walk from the train station, which made getting around so easy. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable, providing plenty of space to relax after a day of exploring. There are also plenty of amazing restaurants nearby, offering a great variety of food choices within steps of the hotel. Trains to Venezia Santa Lucia run every 10 minutes and cost only €1.50 one way, making it extremely convenient to get into the historic center. I’m so glad I booked this hotel instead of one near Venezia Santa Lucia—it was so much more convenient and enjoyable!
