pool nice, Ice maker did not work, could not turn on lights, dining room fan, bedroom light/fan, , no switchs, AC was missing filters and duct work, leaks under kitchen cabinet, no safety hand holds in bath, no towel or TP holders, Dirt around bath sink fawcet, I have photos of all of these issues. Olga told me to taktake out icemaker and throw away. Refused refund on all issues. Condo is supposed to rent by month only as per San Maro Condo Rules.

Bathroom needed to be completely replaced. Host should have explained that toilet flushed only two-ply toilet paper. Host told me to put the toilet paper in the waste basket and not in the toilet. When I said that wasn’t the thing to do she physically pushed me out of the bathroom. The shower diverter was temperamental. None of the towel bars matched. One of the bathroom walls once had wallpaper that could still be seen after some of the paper had been pulled off and a thin layer of paint was attempted. None of the vertical blinds worked. Towels mismatched and one set of matching sheets - the second set was thin and pillow cases did not match. I was told that the host purchased this unit a few years ago during Covid and obviously has done nothing fix or upgrade any part of the unit.

En dehors de l'ascenseur qui fait du bruit dans la chambre, et de l'orientation nord de l'appartement, tout le reste est bien. Tres tranquille et sécuritaire. Les gens gentils et se mêlent de leurs affaires, stationnement proche. Bref on y retournerait sans hésiter. Sur la plage on peut faire des grandes marches ou se reposer simplement en face de l'immeuble. tres contents d'avoir été a cet endroit.

Great location and pool

The condo was a great place for my husband and I to unwind for two weeks. We were close enough to walk to the South Jetty and we even walked to Venice's Centennial Park area twice for dinner and the big Christmas Parade along Venice Ave. The condo pool was nice, and the beach offered great views of dolphins playing and lots of pelicans. I even saw a stingray jump out of the water twice in the inlet to the intercostal at the jetty. The condo was also easy to get to and from to visit other local beaches and parks. We highly recommend Caspersen Beach and Sleeping Turtles North Nature Preserve. Also really enjoyed eating at Bodrum's Mediterranean Restaurant, it was the best meal we had in the two weeks we were there!

Property Manager - poor or no communication

Couldn’t get into property until 4pm. Started trying to get ahold of the property manager at 3pm after continually checking the website for information on how to get into the property. We were at the condo at 4pm. NO RESPONSE! We tried calling her. Nothing! So, we had to get ahold of VRBO. They immediately got her on the phone and gave us a phone number for Olga. That’s what we thought. It ended up being her daughter, Ally. We had to search all the lock boxes (around 30) for a key that wasn’t there. Then we had to wait another 45 minutes for Ally to bring a key. We didn’t get into the Condo til after 5:30pm. After Ally left we realized the toilet was broken and no internet. Olga called Saturday and said someone would be out that day to fix it. Then when I was asking about the internet she just hung up on me. When I called back Ally answered. I told her, her Mom hung up on me and she said, yeah she does that cause she can’t understand people. Ally then says no one can come til Tuesday. They offered us another Condo but we paid for a king bed and the other one had a small bed. So we said, we would continue to shut the water off/on til Tuesday. Saturday we waited while Ally worked on the internet for 2 hours. We waited all day Tuesday with NO word that the plumber wasn’t coming. Called VRBO, we’re told they were coming Thursday. No time. Olga messaged on VRBO at 3am the plumber was coming 8-12. Told her she’d have to be here. Will not rent again!!!

Convenient location with beach access.

Some items to update include bedroom ceiling fan and exhaust fan in bath, blinds on lanai. Recliner doesn't work properly. Nice beach chairs. King size bed was a plus. Nicely appointed kitchen. Covered parking. All neighbors friendly.

Mediocre……

One set of bed linens that were threadbare. No advance notice as to how we would receive master key to building. (Fortunately we arrived early and were able to get master key from cleaning lady). Only one master key provided, so if we chose to go in different directions for the day…ie…the pool or the jetty, or wherever, we had to return to building at same time in order to gain access to the building. Frustrating…. No cable Tv. The very best part of this property was the location.

Great stay

Our stay was great. The location was excellent- right on the beach with a beautiful pool facility. A little more guidance and direction would have been helpful in using the TV and also suggestions for restaurants and activities in the area. The kitchen had all the basics but the bathroom needs a little attention from the flickering light to the loose toilet seat and handle. Fortunately when we had concerns the manager was very responsive. Overall, we were very happy with our stay.

What a great place to stay !

It was our anniversary week, and we was looking for a place at the beach with very minimum driving. Well , this place did not disappoint. it was the perfect location, had everything we needed for our stay, and it was very clean and inviting, every time we opend the door to go inside the condo, it smelled very good!Will definetly use Olga for future needs.

Ja, war für 3 Wochen ganz gut.

Man wurschtelt sich durch. Ist halt nicht das neueste Gebäude. Die Leute im Haus waren nett. Leider hatten wir das Pech, dass wir kurz vorm Eintreffen des Hurricane Mitshel gebucht haben, aber dafür kann ja keiner was. Die Einschränkungen danach hatten 1,3 Millionen Einwohner auch.
